They have delicious wonton soup......Actually they have the best wonton soup that I've had in Vancouver Washington, ever.I'm not super into their other food but truthfully I haven't tried too much of it aside from the crab puffs & those were a lil burnt and seemed underfilled. The bar/lounge area is the only place I've ever sat and the ladies that work back there are total sweethearts. It's giving old-school divey Chinese food bar and I'm into it.

We recently ordered takeout from this establishment, and unfortunately, I have to report that we were severely disappointed in the service and the food. The woman answered the phone hello and did not even recognize where she worked or that I was a customer and she was rude to me when she took the order and it took two or three times of me, repeating the order for her to get what I wanted When my husband went in to pick up the food. She was also very rude to him and I just don't understand why they put people like that in a customer service position. We've had the food before and it was good this time. It was full of just green bell peppers and had no taste at all and it was very Disappointing. I unfortunately will not be returning to this establishment because I feel like they don't care about what they put out and I don't want to waste my money on bad food sorry.

I haven't visited for over a year and nothing has really changed. The good- chicken chow mein was good, shrimp was good, The decent but not so good- the sweet and sour chicken is heavily breaded and over fried (almost hard) and a mire sweet heavy sauce poured on top. Not appetizing at all. Lighter batter would really improve this dish. The mustard is good and hotter than most other places. The sweet and sour soup was OUTSTANDING!! Though I thought it could use a touch more vinegar. Again a little sweet for me but it was still the highlight of my meal. The service is OUTSTANDING and everyone was very nice. I'll go again but I'll try something different and not fried. Great prices and wonderful people.

I give it five stars for what it is, cheap Chinese food. It's not a world class experience if you're wanting all the bells and whistles but the lunch special is under $10 and comes with soup. Can't beat it!

Noticed this Chinese place on the map while visiting Becerras so I figured wth since it's practically next door. Ordering is super easy using their site. They text you updates when your order is confirmed and when it's ready. Definitely retro exterior. Wouldn't surprise me if it's been there a while. The staff are really nice. They kept offering us sauces for our food: spring rolls, orange chicken and egg flower soup. I love that nothing is in Styrofoam and they didn't hand us anything we didn't want. Utensils and napkins are by request. They handed us our order in half a box which was great because nothing spilled on the way home. This is another restaurant that doesn't over salt. I loved the mushrooms but could have done without the ground pork in the soup. It definitely needed shoyu which tasted great with rice. Spring rolls are nice and crunchy and reliably tasty the way only fried foods are. Their take on orange chicken was one I encounter here and there and isn't my favorite. It reminds me of tempura chicken that has an orange sauce poured on top. Even this needed soy sauce to complete it. Eat it all while it's fresh because it makes miserable leftovers. Overall I might be back for the soup or maybe another dish if I was in the area but as long as Taste of Chinese and Sachi stick around we'll probably remain regulars there.

And as far as tip goes Simon, I realize it's not your fault. I get that. And in hind site I think you are right. People should tip delivery drivers and air normally do. But it's Very hard to do that when you have had to wait Forever AND watch multiple people pickup the delivery and then drop it because there was no tip attached. Also knowing the food may or may not be edible. We as customers feel FORCED to pay you delivery money regardless knowing we will get product on time or hot or even what we ordered god forbid! Then we feel Doubly Scammed. And also maybe you are right too in that we shouldn't order if we are not going to tip the driver blindly and roll the dice. Either way, I think customers and delivery drivers are getting screwed and restaurants don't care. Especially THIS restaurant.

Our order included the eggrolls, which were extremely mushy, followed by Gen. Tso's chicken, which was absolutely NOT spicy at all. We had ordered it with the anticipation of spice. I also ordered Judy's noodles. The noodles themselves were good but the 'spicy sauce' was another disappointment. They were pretty dry, very little sauce at all. Not a satisfying meal by any measurement.

The 5 Stars are for the food, and waitress (Asian) (super nice) and the cooks. We've not had one bad experience here. The building is old and run down a bit, but it's clean and we really liked the food.

Went here yesterday with a neighbor for supper..she had heard good things about this restaurant. I did some checking on Yelp and Google and most of what I read was very positive. So we headed over there. My friend ordered pork fried rice and egg rolls..I ordered veggie trio and kung Pow tofu. We requested no MSG. And the owner told us that they would not add any extra msg but that some of the dishes may have a little msg due to some of the sauces already having it in there. In addition she said but it's just a little. Ok no problem we were content knowing that we were not going to get bad headaches or swollen and puffy from the msg.. The food all looked delicious. But looks are deceiving. All of our food had so much salt that we could barely eat any of it. My veggie trio had the least amount of sodium so I did eat some of that. The kung pow tofu was like a salt bomb. Also the tofu were deep fried to oblivion; so when I took a bite it was like shoe leather yuck! And inside when you pulled apart the tofu their was nothing inside.... Just a tiny amount of white tofu clinging to the inside of the crisped tofu skin.... Not appetizing and zero nutritional value it was like just eating a ball of oil. My friends fried rice was so salty she couldn't even finish two mouth fulls. She did eat some of the egg rolls but said they were also on the high sodium side. The waitress/ owner seemed friendly on the surface. But didn't stop by to ask us if we were enjoying our food. And when I nicely mentioned that all the food was overloaded with salt. She kind of laughed and said nonchalantly oh just ask me next time for less salt. But I'm thinking in my head why would the chef put this excessive amount of sodium in the first place. So that's the gourmet truth this meal was total miss and caused both my friend and I to go home and work on flushing the excess salt out of our systems and hope we didn't get headaches. The location and inside is plain Jane; but not bad. Lots of windows and light coming in. Mostly all booths for dinning in. Kind of looks like they haven't updated in a while.. but minimally it was very clean and well kept.Sorry I forgot to take photos.
