My favorite Thai restaurant in Beaverton. The yellow and house curries can't be beat. The portions and prices are great. The staff has also always been friendly every time I visit. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you're able to get a table outside. They even have a nice selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. I come here at least once every three months and I've never been disappointed.

I've dined in and ordered takeout multiple times and I am hardly satisfied. Recently my husband and I dined in and the dish that was our final straw was their Tom Yum Soup. It costed around $15 and it was served in a big bowl with barely anything in it. Tom yum is supposed to have a sour taste from tamarind but it was so bland that the broth was clear.Majority of the workers here arent Thai which may be the reason why the flavors arent authentic. After many attempts to like this place it is sad to say I would not recommend it.The prices are outrageous for what you get. It would make sense to pay for something that much if it tasted good, but unfortunately a lot of their dishes arent great.

Well this was used to be OFF THE CHARTS, delicious when it was Typhoon! Now a cheap imitation of a Thai restaurant. First service is SLOW...I mean SLOOOOW!!! The place is run down and dirty. The men's bathroom...DISGUSTING!!! Yuck!!! It looked like no one had cleaned it in months.Cocktails decent, nothing to remember or recommend. The actual food... mediocre to fair. I asked for 2.5/3 Spicy, received a 1.0!!! Chicken was chewy. Fish, overcooked and dry. Sauce had good flavor. Prices decent for what it was. MUCH better Thai in the area....this one is a NO GO!!

First time trying this place. We made reservation for a Saturday night. We were greeted and sat immediately. The restaurant was really hot with no AC working. We were surprised by this and almost got up to leave to take our order home. We ordered several dishes: shrimp fried rice, pad kee mao with chicken, beef dish and crispy garlic chicken. The food was delivered quickly and everything was on point with flavors. Portion sizes were generous and it was more than enough for four people. The food was a 5 but I scored it a 3 based on how hot the restaurant was with no AC.

We wanted Thai and didn't want to drive far so we discovered Siam Lotus in Beaverton by the round. A sunny day offered both indoor and outdoor seating and with such a large space, no need to wait for a table. Bar was hopping and the vibe was cool and fun. We ordered the panang special beef curry, holy basil fried rice, honey crispy chicken, kao soy and pad thai. Our tables favorites were the curry, crispy chicken and pad thai. Service was excellent. We shared the best coconut ice cream it was a 10 out of 10. The young coconut drink was also 5 stars. I could drink about 6 glasses of that! I'll go back again.

I've visited here twice recently - once on a Friday night with a bunch of ladies and a reservation. The place was really busy and the service was really slow. We struggled to get their attention at all. The second time, I came with my husband and daughter on another Friday night without any reservation. That night was relatively calmer and service was very attentive. So, can't speak for their consistency of service. But the food tasted delicious both nights.

Disappointed from the minute we walked in; I should have gone with my instincts and walked out. Too many good restaurants around to pay for a bad meal and lackluster service. When we walked in, the restaurant was practically empty. We asked to sit outside and as the waitress was walking us to the table, she asked if we wanted a cocktail. I reminder her that we haven't even gotten to the table or have a menu!Well, we should have ordered a drink because 20 minutes later, still no waitress. We flagged down the person bringing water to the tables to get our waitress. We ordered happy hour cocktails for $9.99 and two appetizers. Then two entrees. Drinks had no alcohol. Yes, I get they are HH drinks but they were still $10 each! For $20, we could buy a bottle of vodka! The pork skewers with spicy dipping sauce were completely over cooked and the spicy sauce was a watered down sweet sauce. We were not given water, napkins, utensils or dishes and had to flag someone down so we could eat the appetizers. Still no water so had to ask a different waiter to bring us some. Drunken Noodles is my favorite dish and so I ordered that, spicy As I like and can take the heat. My friend ordered a green curry with shrimp, mild, no spice. Well, my Drunken Noodles had zero spice or flavor; my friends shrimp curry was so spicy she couldn't eat it. Obviously they swapped the requests by mistake. When we mentioned it to the waitress she apologized but made no offer to correct and did not make any adjustments to the bill. Rarely do I write bad reviews opting to see the good, to give Grace, especially during these days of the Pandemic and the aftermath where restaurants have really struggled. But so have we, the customers. Our income is the same but prices for food, drinks, gas, and everything else has skyrocketed. A Yelp friend who I respect had written a review on Siam Lotus that articulated pretty much the same experience. But it was written so many years ago that I wrongly assumed they had gotten their act together since they are still in business. This was a one and done.
