We had food delivered to us for our first experience at Shera. We ordered the Vegetable Samosa, Lamb Saag, Garlic naan and Butter Chicken. It was ready on time and delivered immediately. The smells upon opening everything up was great, but the tastes were amazing! The Samosas had good flavors and a non greasy outer layer. The Lamb Saag was glorious! So many flavors jumping out with a good amount of tender lamb (my favorite). The Butter Chicken was also very tender with a great sauce. The Garlic Naan was a good addition to the food and worked well to dip in the sauces. I'm definitely a fan and will return.

So glad we chose to try a new food cart out! The owner was extremely kind and the food was rich and flavorful. Highly recommend the lamb vindaloo! The food cart is located in the Farmhouse Cart pod, right behind Cibo. Lots of seating and outside heaters.

Don't let this food truck location fool you, it's amazing. All five stars deserved. Looking for a quick meal to take home or eat it hot there in the food park behind Cibo. There's a fire pit if you choose the latter. Get there early for Chai, once it's gone it's gone. Butter chicken is creamy and tasty. Could use a little more spice. Lamb curry was a tad overcooked but tasty AF. Naan was more focaccia in consistency/mouth feel, but still delightful. Over was friendly and patient even as we were probably one of his last customers. Not much to say on the atmosphere/ambiance as it was an outdoor food park, but if you stick around to enjoy your food there, you can cruise Division and its many culinary delights - savory and sweet.

Best Indian food I've had in a very very long time. Very authentic. The service was amazing, guy running it checked on my partner and I to make sure we were doing good. Ambiance is nice, a lot of seating. Not too crowded.

Sheba serves some of the best butter chicken I've ever had. The curry was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, while the chicken was perfectly cooked--juicy and tender in every bite. The dish was beautifully balanced, making it a standout among other Indian restaurants I've tried. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Indian food prepared by a very friendly gentleman. So good I can't believe it's coming out of a food cart!!!!! We had the chicken biryani recently, and it was fantastic, beautiful balance of heat and spice with plenty of juicy chicken. The naan was perfectly prepared.

My first time here was at Reverend Nat's Night Market. They were the only cart without anyone in line, but food took about 30 minutes so maybe people walked away after ordering. The wait was kinda painful, the one order at a time process during a street fair doesn't work.Another customer indicated that this is the best spot for Indian in Portland. I agree that it was good, but the bar for Indian food in Portland is low.Matar Paneer, my favorite Indian dish, was up to par. The Basmati rice nice and fluffy. Moreover, the togo dishes were still blistering hot when I got home. The guy in the window (owner?) was nice.

Been coming here almost weekly and sometimes 2x a week now for a few months. Super friendly owner, always remembers how we like our food. I've tried most things on the menu at this point, but our main rotation is Lamb Kadai, Daal Tadka, and Chicken Biryani. The meat in the curries is incredibly moist and tender. If you get the dishes more popular in the west, palak paneer, Tikka, butter chicken etc, it's going to be a different style than you're used to. I highly recommend trying to go out of your comfort zone. The chicken biryani, for me, is the absolute star of the show. It was never a dish I was a huge fan of in the past, despite knowing it's one of the most beloved dishes in the world. I finally understand. It's become my favorite food item in Portland, or anywhere for that matter. The sauce served with it is unique and incredible. The food cart pod is one of the nicer in town that I've seen, nice big covered tables and new facilities. In a sane world there would be a line around the block for this place to be slinging biryani the entire time they're open, it's just that good. This is a destination dish in my mind, like how you'd get Nongs Khao Man Gai or a Voodoo Donut when you visit PDX. Get it as spicy as you can. It's not super hot, just incredibly flavorful and aromatic the higher your spice level. For the curries, I can hear him pouring the tadka (tempering) on top and it sizzling and cracking right before it's packed up to serve. Perfect for takeout as everything is served SUPER hot and fresh, and keeps its temperature for quite some time.

Wow.....this place is better than Swagat. I have to say, Swagat has been my go-to Indian place for over 10 years. Not any more. The food at this food cart was fantastic. I ordered the lamb biryani, the chicken vindaloo, and the shrimp curry, along with 2 pieces of naan. It was just all fantastic.....full of flavor, tender meat, and great portions. This is the place for Indian.
