Sammy's Smash Burgers

Stopped here on a whim to find some good burgers and we found some great ones! The burgers and fries were delicious! This is the first smash burger I have ever had before and it was amazing! The man working was incredibly friendly and the service was really quick with how busy he was and it only being him working! I have never visited this food pod before but the parking was easy and they had so many different food trucks offered! I will say the only thing is there is no AC inside the building there so it can get quite hot! But overall it was great would recommend!

The burger wasn't all that great! My fiance ordered a mushroom burger & there were only 3 tiny pieces of mushrooms on it & the cheese was smashed into the beef ! I ordered the Sammy special and there was no type of sauce on it! And the gentleman that was serving us seemed like he didn't want to be there. For two burgers, It took over 30 mins...

I love Sammy's. Real smash burgers with yummy crispy fries. Smash sauce is a must to dip my fries into. Customer service is always so nice, friendly & quick. They have your classic options as well as some for the more adventurous & even a veggie burger. Can't go wrong getting a burger from Sammy's

Really good burger and fries. All double burgers. Smash sauce is excellent. Guy who helped us was really nice and efficient. We had a party of several people all ordering from different carts and this one came out first by a long shot, they're pretty quick!

Decided to stop into the new food carts today. Sammy's was open during the holiday weekend. My wife and I each had the American Smashburger. Sooo good. Burger was cooked perfectly and topped with fresh ingredients. The thing that really made it over the top delicious was the type of bun they used. And It was toasted!The fries were also delicious. They seem to be lightly battered. I will come here again the next time a burger sounds good.

Best smash burger in town! Fresh, not greasy and reasonable pricing. My go to when I want a good burger!

Love the burgers. Burgers are Juicy & big. ONLY thing that sucks is they suck at answering their phone. I tend to call to order for pick up & they almost NEVER answer.

Sammy's SmashBurgers; once again I am drawn to a purveyor of smashed burgers so thin and perfectly cooked on a nice soft brioche bun. I got the American with lettuce and tomatoes and American cheese. My wife got the mushroom Swiss version and we were both making happy noises as we ate them. We did not get fries this time but on previous visits they were always crisp and delicious. Located in the Fairview food pod by the giant fork on NE Halsey St. There are many more good carts here and a hall with a bar and indoor seating for the occasional weather we get around here.
