3.6 stars. The fish was fresh, but the sushi burrito lacked wow factor and was unexpectedly spicy, which she said it wouldn't be. The poke bowl was tasty, filled with rice, veggies, and salmon. Portions were modest. We also tried the spam Musubi. As an outdoor food truck, table cleanliness was expectedly subpar, with some sticky tables. I can't expect too much from a food truck stop. Despite this, the food was overall good. We'll be back.

What's a reasonable amount of time to wait for 1 roll? 5 mins? That'd be great. 15? Sure... kinda long. But 20+? That's a big yikes. I don't know what happened but cmon. The price is decent, the food is okay, I wish there was a lot more going on with my deep fried roll because the amt of rice really outdid the little spicy salmon and tempura going on inside. Am I wrong for getting the deep fried roll? I mean it's on the menu. I'm willing to try the place again and a diff roll.. maybe

Friends, this was a big miss for me. First of all, the sushi burrito had a slim piece of fish -- I got the northern lights and the only Aurora I found was a gaslight. From what? THE RICE. Y'all, the fillings weren't good but the rice. How do you undercook rice and have the audacity to serve it? Are you trying to go al dente on purpose? Service was fine, got the burrito in 5minutes and sat outside where there were 5-7 long tables for groups and 3-5 two person tables. Sunday afternoon was not crowded.Like the warriors, this L was felt. In my soul.

Honestly I was surprised given this place is a food truck. But it blew me away-- super fresh ingredients and everything flavored so well.Highly recommend fried tofu side and Northern lights poke bowl. I love that they let you do half&half salad and rice bowl. Perfect combo!! Definitely worth checking out !!

I just had to try a sushi burrito!Decided on the Spidey Sense, and it had a soft shelled crab that was to die for. Well made, but I don't think I really needed anything other than the crab. Still delicious though. Spam Musubi was a pleasant surprise. The spam is simply fried and super crispy, just the right contrast of texture and taste. A fun cart for street food. Liked the burrito idea but would rather have just the filling.

OCCASIONOrdered food to-go on my drive back home. I actually got food here because the Bing Mi sandwich place had a backorder that would require customers to wait 45-minutes for their food. They had ~20 tickets so I grabbed a roll from here. ENTREEOrdered the Northern Lights sushi that comes with the following: Salmon Poke', Shrimp Tempura, Goma Seaweed (a bit too sweet), Fresca Slaw, Cucumber. I got the wasabi and ginger on the side 3.5/5For $12, this burrito was quite small but it was tasty. The salmon didn't taste fresh but it was hardly noticeable if you added some wasabi to your sushi. I like the tempura and cucumber that added an extra crunch. AMBIENCEOutdoor seating was plentiful and perfect on a summer day! But I took this burrito to-go.

Great concept but ingredients are not balanced to enjoy. More like poke burrito- ingredients get list worth all that excess rice. We ordered 3 different sushi burritos & each one fell short. The taste just was not there & the ginger tasted off. Very disappointing. I'll stick with regular sushi.

I decided to come here when I saw another poke place I wanted to go to was closed. The service was good, they were nice and friendly. But the food was really bad... I paid $15 for warm fish and rice and a couple of veggies. Definitely not worth it. I left hungry afterwards and headed to go grab food elsewhere.

Was in the city looking for a quick bite and found this hidden gem. Isley was very helpful and recommended the avocado masubi and it changed the course of my life for the better. Highly recommend. Also the tuna tastes great if you want a poke bowl!
