Redland Cafe

We stopped in to try out bbq night at the cafe. Be prepared for a lot of food! We tried a little of everything and had left overs for lunch the next day. We didn't love everything but it was all served hot and smothered in really good bbq sauce. The sides were a mix of things we thought were really great and others just ok. There's definitely something for everyone to choose from. You're sure to find something you like. Everyone should give it a try at least once! The service here is always great and friendly. They've always been one of our local favorites.

Have been here a few times and the food was always pretty good. The last time I was there my omelette was cold. Our waitress was super nice and quickly took care of the problem. The restaurant is clean and homey

We hadn't eaten here in 33 years and that was only for breakfast and lunch occasionally. Obviously, we gave it a big rest L O L. Decided to go here the other night. They were out of fish & chips which we were disappointed about because we heard they were really good so ordered a pizza " to go"!I don't know what happened in the kitchen, but it took an hour. They were very busy that night. The staff and manager were frustrated as we were. They were so nice and apologetic while we waited. They gave us two free desserts to make up for it. Thank youWe will come back. We do like the newer remodel inside with wood walls. Didn't have that when we went decades ago , was a nice update.Only wish they would've kept the bar door closed because it was rather noisy in there with everybody dining in the restaurant and bar noise combined .

Redland Cafe is a pretty decent place to eat. They have a variety of items on their menu, but I have my go to meals - the bacon cheeseburger with tots or the blt crispy chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. Both are good portions for the price. I mostly have dinner here, but sometimes I get breakfast with the Denver Dr O being my favorite dish. It does get busy so plan on being there or call in your order before 5! I enjoy this country cafe and it is nice to have it in the neighborhood.

The service was great, friendly employees! The parking lot was full for the Monday night $8 burger and fries special. My husband had the burger and he said he would be back for that! I had the Alfredo that came with a side salad and bread. Overall bar food Alfredo was good! You could tell it was fresh, however, I would say a little over cooked for my taste. We will be back soon!

Their large cheese pizza is awesome. The bottom of the crust has those crumbly crunchy things, and their ranch is to die for!!! Burgers are great, chicken sandwiches are good. Taco salad and Caesar Salad are awesome!!

The menu advertises "Fresh burgers... NEVER FROZEN" in bold capital letters. I asked the hostess if the cod was fresh as well. She said "I don't know why the menu says that, everything comes in frozen"In the middle of farm country WHY ARE YOU ORDERING FROZEN BEEF. And WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING LIES

This place is awesome . From the atmosphere to the food and the staff is always great . For the price of the food you always get its worth as not to many places do that anymore. Love this place.

Overall, I enjoyed making the trip during the day to try different meals. I generally stay near home at dinner hour. Last visit was good cheeseburger and fries but definitely suffered from not having but one person working the entire floor and it was busy. I struggle being motivated to return for that single reason. This challenge remains a constant for breakfast or lunch whenever I have visited. Friendly folks are not an issue. Good food is not an issue. The other constraint I find is that French Fries are always served with a sandwich. Yes, there are choices, but they are at an extra cost rather than being a substitute or option in lieu of fries. The other issue when I ordered a burger was no silverware given out, just a toothpick for the fries... With limited service, getting utensils takes time as does any drink refill... I have not tried their other restaurants for these reasons. Some day, maybe I will return and try it again.
