Perhaps the most unique beer experience in Portland! And I've been all over the city to many a brewpub and microbreweries. This is so cool because it was a London double-decker tour bus. Actually shipped from London to the USA in St Johns. During the Covid Pandemic, the owner remodeled and transformed it into a nice little beer pub on wheels parked under the canopy of giant shady trees on Park Blocks North & Burnside food courts.Owner named the bus after his two grandmothers - Raven and Rose. How cool is that!!! Good rotating tap of cold brews. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck, breeze whistling through the open and airy upper deck, tree branches shimmying - cheers! Unique! So much the convivial place to chill out and a good brew. Will be back. Oh, you can buy grub at the food trucks and bring it inside!

Visiting Portland my friends were stoked to take me here. It's a double decker bar! Never seen one of these in person before. Bar tender was cool. It wasn't busy it was a Sunday noonish gloomy day. We had a cider drink which tasted amazing and got us buzz. People in there were friendly. I reccomend this cool little spot.

What a fun bar here in Portland. I've always wanted to go and walking by this place I decided to give it a try. We were greeted by our bar tender Josh who was so incredibly friendly and fun to converse with. My girl is from Chicago and he brought up how he's been there lots of times and we just overall felt really comfortable with him. Will absolutely be coming back for him and the atmosphere.

Love this concept! It's a double decker bus converted into a wine/beer bar. We went there on consecutive days, as we do, and both times the bartender was super. Good beer, good wine, and the ambiance is terrific! We'd hang out here every day if we didn't have to go home!

After seeing this on my search for unique spots on our trip to Portland, I had to stop by! Throw in some Harry Potter vibes and you can't get better! Such cute and fun bar. The bartender was very friendly and talked to us about our travels and some history behind the bus. Somewhat limited menu (restricted to beer, wine and canned cocktails) but has something for everyone! The upstairs deck has some games you can play as well. This would easily be a regular stop if/when I'm back in the area!

This was a cool place to check out while on a recent trip to Portland! It's great to sit with friends and enjoy a beer or just hang out by yourself. Definitely go upstairs. It's covered and has plenty of seating! The person who served my friends and I gave great suggestions of what was on tap and we were even allowed to bring food from the local food trucks that were in the area. Can't wait to take a trip back out there to go again.

The inside of the bus is super cool, it's Harry Potter themed. In other words, " take it away, Ernie" and away he took it. Such a chill atmosphere. If I lived in Portland, I'd come here all the time to grab a drink and watch traffic go by. The selection of beer is great and very reasonably priced and who the heck wouldn't enjoy drinking on a double decker bus?? Also the owner is so nice and friendly, very approachable and easy to talk to. Love him, a chulada of a person The other guy who worked there was also hella chill. Great staff, great drinks, great place! A memorable spot to stop by when in Portland.

Stop by Rachel & Rose for a unique Portland bar experience! Located by several food trucks and a small park decorated with cute lanterns, this bar is a red double decker bus where you order downstairs and sit upstairs. We ordered the Moscow Mule and Portland white wine sangria, both were delicious, and we would love to come back to try their beer selection!

Awesome Bar! Josh was super friendly. Looking for an unusual place to grab a drink? You can't go wrong here. The vibe is awesome and we will definitely be back.

Honestly, I don't visit Rachel & Rose enough. It's a great place to have a beer or coffee while enjoying the surrounding food carts delights. Sometimes we stop in to play cards or just enjoy the view from the second level of the double decker bus. The beer selection has several local options and types. We always have great service from the owner himself. See you soon Rachel & Rose!
