Amazing pizza and whisky!My husband, friends, and I love their Funky Mushroom pizza. You can have a good time with pizza and manhattan there!

Love love love the classic crust (14") double pepperoni with mushrooms. Usually, we need to add more toppings to our carry-out pizzas but this one was topped beautifully. The crust was crispy, and perfectly cooked. We found our new favorite pizza place in the N.E. Good job Pinky's. We'll be back for more!

Untapped Trivia on Thursday. Come for trivia and slices of pizza. The vegan option was very yummy. I like how the crust wasn't too doughy. The toppings matched. You can split the pie too.

Pinky's is the best.The $5/$10/$20 whiskey rolls are fun, and Jared (sorry, I call him Jar-Bear) is quite possibly the best bartender ever. He knows everything about nearly everything. Don't tell him I said that.Celeste is a lovely owner, and she really, really cares.I'm adventurous here with pizza when I'm not elsewhere. Why? Because everything is damn good. Apples on pizza? Yes. Don't skip the salads - specifically, the Caesar. I think it might be my favorite in the city.The vibes are good, and we love Untapped Trivia here on Thursdays. Perfect time for fun, drinks & good pizza.Please support this small business! They have online order pick-up and also offer cocktails to go (2 max). Get on it.

Great pizza in a city where there's a lot of pizza options. The sauce is the key part and this place nails it.

Came here tonight for the first time and it was awesome. Nice inside, good mix of bar and table seating. Really good pizza, lotta topping options. Also had an arugula salad that was great. I definitely overate. Highlight though was the bar, gigantic selection of whiskey, and they have an option to roll a gaming dice for either a $5/10/20 pour (which correspond with bottom/mid/top shelf). Bartender is a lot of fun and knows an absurd amount of whiskey facts by rote. Love that they repurposed Booker's boxes into coaster holders too. I really enjoyed the place.

Such amazing pizza with THE best crust & I am not a crust person by any means but I eat the crust every time. I love the fact their specialty pizzas are all perfectly curated flavor wise. I try a new one every time I go, & the never disappoint. Their Caesar is also really good, if you like true homemade Caesar. Also, the restaurant itself just has a really good vibe, & it's chill.

I travel to Portland frequently and Pinky's is a friend's favorite spot. Pies and cocktails are excellent. Pepperoni and preserved lemon is now my favorite toppings combo. Their seasonal cocktails (spring/summer 2024) were inspired by authors and I totally nerded out. I don't usually eat cow dairy but Pinky's was totally worth it! I will definitely add it to my pdx rotation.

First time coming here and the pizza was very good! We picked it freshly made, and it was just falling apart. To me, that's a good thing because that's how hot and fresh it was! The next day. The empty box even made the garage smell good. They should make a pizza air freshener. Very good pizza. Lol.
