I might be an outlier, but my favorite thing at Pho Oregon is their Banh Xeo--and I don't care! It's easily my top choice and the one by which I judge all other Banh Xeo (which, admittedly, is one of my favorite dishes of all time). If you've never had Banh Xeo, think of it as a giant, hot, crispy crepe stuffed with diced green onions, mung beans, and bean sprouts. You wrap it up in lettuce and herbs served on the side, then dip it into nuoc cham (it's hard to describe, but trust me--once you try it, you'll get it!).Pho Oregon serves it with Shrimp and Pork or a Chay veggie option. I've tried them both, and OMG, they're incredible! Crispy, filled with all the things that make Banh Xeo mind-blowingly delicious, and highly recommended. It's just a matter of what you're in the mood for, but I definitely suggest trying both! That said, I've brought others here who don't see the Banh Xeo light and have opted for the Pho, which is AMAZING. The broth is phenomenal--super rich--and you definitely won't leave hungry. And one more tip: don't bother bringing a book! Service at Pho Oregon is super prompt, so you won't be waiting long for your meal. (Plus, don't sleep on their tea! It's fantastic!)

We went there bc someone recommended the place. Food was ok. Nothing to write home about. Prices were high for what you get. No leftovers. Had the salad rolls. They were ok, peanut sauce also ok. Combination Pho #24 was better than ok but not great ($19). Banh Xeò ($21), too messy to eat and not great for the price. We also ordered the hot Vietnamese coffee. They brought it in a to-go paper cup (?) Tasted like strong coffee with condense milk. Overall did not meet my expectations so not coming back to this place.

I came here for some pho one morning after a long night and it was the perfect spot. I know so many people who rate Pho Oregon as the number one pho spot in Portland. While I do think the pho is good, I'm not quite sure that it is the best in Portland. Nonetheless, I think this spot is great. They have a variety of menu items but (obviously) specialize in pho. When I went, I got some salad rolls, a bowl of pho, and a cup of Vietnamese coffee. Everything came out extremely fast. Although the salad rolls were good and the portions were good, I felt as if they had been made a while ago as the rice paper was pretty hard. The Vietnamese iced coffee was also good, but be warned that it is VERY strong. And, the pho was solid. Not a bad spot for some pho, but an amazing spot if you are looking for some QUICK pho.

The food was good and I also got a shrimp side, spring rolls, and pho (didn't take photos). The service was quick and the restaurant was large. Even though it was good, I would say that it was a pricier than I expected.

One of the best bowls of pho I've had but BEWARE OF THE EXPLODING CHILI OIL BOTTLES. It exploded all over my white pants and I am not sure if the stain will come out. I'm pretty bummed about that. I got the #13 and it was really good. I ended up eating all of it. The chili oil was great but wasn't coming out and then exploded everywhere. The staff was nice but it would've been nice to have a little assistance with the accident. There is a lot of seating and they can accommodate big groups. The menu is huge and all looks great.

This is still my to go place to get my favorite Bánh Xèo craving! My only venting currently is they keep giving less and less lettuce leaves to wrap the Bánh Xèo with. They could do some cleaning on the wall and AC vents because there are noticeable dirt on them. I was a bit disappointed my water didn't get filled during dinner tonight.

My go to place for pho! It's quick service with tons of seating. The pho broth has depth and the noodles are a standout. It's definitely a no frills spot if you're looking for a fast pho spot. The rice plate is also savory and delicious.

The veggie pho was very delicious! I definitely recommend trying it. There are many options for vegans and vegetarians which I really enjoy. I really like the fried veggie noodle dish too. My friends ordered a small bowl of pho and a hu tieu. The hu tieu came out very hot and flavorful. And, the small bowl of pho was a good portion! Complimentary jasmin tea was aromatic. Make sure to drink it! Fast service after ordering. Pay at the front.

The food was tasty. This time I chose something I had never had and it did not hit the spot for me, but the flavors were great. My wife ordered the same and she loved it.The iced coffee needed more condensed milk, for sure.Service was average, as you would expect in a place of this nature.

Their soups are so flavorful and generous in portions. When I come to the Portland area, this is my traditional go to straight from the airport: not only is it filling but provides heavenly comfort that warms the soul. It's an Asian restaurant, so ambience isn't impressive but the service is pretty fast. A must try for people who want a decent bowl of pho.
