I'm going to guess there aren't many recent reviews or reviews in general because the name "Phó' Lê Vietnamese & Thai Cuisine" has been written differently on Yelp, Uber Eats, and Google maps. I checked the street view to verify Phó' Lê is correct. This place is also being represented the following ways:Yelp: Pho Le (submitted correction) Google: Phó' Lê (correct)Uber Eats: Phû Lí (???)DoorDash: Pho Le ¯\_(ツ)_/¯They don't seem to keep any web presence and from the pics this looks like a food truck. I know of this place because they've saved us at 2am on the weekend when we were in desperate need of chicken pho, and most recently chicken pho & the chicken and rice plate. We visit Portland periodically and sometimes don't have adequate snacks or have a later night than we anticipated. We've ordered off Uber eats from this place twice and the food has been consistently piping hot and delicious! Absolute save and win for late night dining when we've hit major caloric deficits through the evening. We absolutely love the food here.

Ordered to go. Horrible food. Burnt noodles, chicken horribly dry and brown liquid leaking out the side leaving a puddle at the bottom of the to go bag. Beware

I thought all Thai food are sweet, so when I first tasted it, I was surprised that is it not overly sweet at all. I got the Pad Kee Mao as a "today's special ($6)". I think that is why the quantity was a bit less that I expected. I was a little worried about their hygiene because the cart looks old, and pictures on the front are fading lol. But I guess you cannot judge a book by its cover. The waiting time was a bit long. I believe I spent over 15 mins waiting for my food to be done because there was only one person taking orders and making the food.I would recommend their Pad Kee Mao to anyone who haven't tried it already.

Decent food, great pricing. I had the pad see ew with chicken here for $5. The flavor was good but I also put a ton of sriracha on it. My only complaint was that the noodles were all stuck together so it was tough to eat but for $5 with no tax, it was a steal. The lady working there kind of yells but I think that's just the way she talks so don't take offense. Everything is made to order so definitely keep in mind that your food will take about 10-15 minutes to come out. The portion was also a bit small but for $5 it seemed adequate. I would order from this place again if I'm passing by and want to satisfy a Thai craving.

Good things come in small places. I'm on a personal mission to try everyone's tofu bahn mi so my review will be based on that. Tofu is good but a little on the smaller side. Veggies were fresh and the sauce was a good compliment. The ingredients did not overflow out of the roll but the roll was flaky and perfect.

Came here after the gym at around 7:30 PM. It took me a little bit to figure out what I wanted to order, and being an asian lady, she was short on patience. HAHA.I ended up ordering the pineapple fried rice. I walked a few blocks down to my destination, and the food was piping hot. The dish was done very well and had plenty of flavor (and chunks of pineapple). The one knock is that they either use packaged chicken, or they pre-cook the chicken. It tastes kind of strange, but the rest of the dish was very good.

The pho here rocks my socks off! I've been eating pho since living in the bay area over 10 years ago, so I've tried my fair share. I can honestly say this is one of the best broths I've ever had. Not too sweet, good use of garlic, beautifully clear and light broth, and enough goodies (jalapenos, sprouts, thai basil...especially thai basil) to add even more yummy goodness. I hate it when pho restaurants get stingy with the add-in goodies. Their bahn mi sandwiches are completely delicious as well, and for $3 I always feel like I should get an extra for later. They're much better than the bahn mi at the thai place a few carts down (cheaper too). The owner is super nice, though his english can be hard to understand sometimes. Usually while I'm waiting for my order he gives me a sample size cup of the brother to sip on. Mmm!! He told me he also has a restaurant on 84th and Powell but I'm not sure of the name. The only reason I've taken a star off (because the food definitely deserves 5-stars) is because of the somewhat unpredictable and limited hours. It took me a long time to try them because I could never catch them open. When I finally did I was told the hours are Mon/Wed/Fri until 4pm. Then later that night I saw them still open at 7:30 (not a bad thing, extra hours are always welcome). Last week the owner told me he's hired someone else to work at the restaurant so he's now open Mon-Fri, but when I went by a day or two later he was closed. I know food carts can be a little unpredictable but if I make the effort to drive downtown, fight the idiots who don't know how to drive downtown (that includes most drivers down there) then circle the block a hundred times to find parking, it can be pretty disappointing to show up at the cart to collect my prize, only to find that they're closed. Anyway, hours issue aside this is one of the tastiest phos I've had in Portland, or anywhere for that matter. Btw it's a food cart so don't expect to eat it there. You'll need to take it with you and supply your own ginormous bowl since it's all packaged separately (as it should be).

This is a food cart downtown.Apparently it is open for lunch but I have yet to go during that time. What is great is that its open at *night* on a Friday and Saturday (perhaps other days as well - i will ask the guy his hours).I'm just really excited to get Pho at 2am! ($6.50)This guy has a full menu and since he prepares everything fresh it takes him some time to get your food out. Its really not bad and I"m quite happy with his Pho. His english seems to be limited, his food however seems authentic. check it out guys

If you like Phó, this is the place to go in my opinion. I love the flavors & small business atmosphere. I always get #1) fried egg rolls & #10) Phó that has everything in it for my hubby & #11) which is a little less adventures for me. Always wonderful, even as a to go since the Covid 19!
