Yesterday afternoon, which was my day off on Saturday, I dressed up and went out to enjoy some tasty Vietnamese cuisine. When the waitress came to take our order, my friend ordered rice plates. As I was about to place my order, I quickly asked the waitress, "Do you use white or dark meat in the Chicken Pho?" Before the waitress could respond, I casually mentioned that dark meat is my favorite. She overheard me; rather, she said she doesn't exactly know because the kitchen uses both white and dark meats together in dishes and they can't separate them during preparation.Upon hearing the waitress's response, I believed that she had misunderstood my inquiry and was responding sarcastically instead. It seemed as though she thought I had requested dark meat to be separated, when in reality I was simply asking for more information about the ingredients, a common and appropriate query from a customer. After deciding not to say anything more to her, I opted for Grilled Pork Vermicelli instead. As she left my table and headed towards the counter, I overheard her speaking loudly in Vietnamese to another waitress while gesturing towards my table. The other waitress then gave me an unfriendly look. Feeling uneasy and like I was being gossiped about in a foreign language, I mentioned to my friend that I no longer felt comfortable dining at the restaurant. This discomfort arose because the waitress made a big deal out of my simple question about the type of meat used in the Chicken Pho. My friend agreed and we promptly approached the cashier to request our order be changed to takeout.I want to make it clear that when customers choose to dine at your restaurant, they have made a conscious decision to do so. They have actively chosen your establishment over others. It is important to remember that customers come with the intention of having a positive dining experience. Unfortunately, if they encounter staff members with negative attitudes or disrespectful behavior, such as gossiping loudly in front of customers in different languages, it can damage the customer's perception of the restaurant. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and can drive customers away.Food: 2/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 2/5

We had another fantastic lunch at PKG. The food, friendly service and atmosphere were outstanding. The prices are very competitive for the great quality of the food. Our complements once again to Cardin and his crew for making our lunch a memorable one! See you again soon.

Either I was starving or this meal was delish. I ordered the lemon chicken and spring roll and it was super tasty! The plate is enough for an adult and a child to share, service and setting was great. Although I didn't get a photo of the kalbi beef rice it was also super delish!! 10/10 recommend

We were excited to try a different pho place as it seems finding a good bowl of pho is harder to find these days. We were greeted and seated right away. Our order was also taken fairly quickly. We both just wanted pho so that's all we ordered. I ordered the pho tai and the meat came already cooked. So that was really strange. The broth was pretty bland too. My husband ordered something else but I forget. His also was bland. The portions are huge. I definitely had leftovers but it just wasn't something I'd want to come back for.The service was excellent though. Very family friendly and kind.

This is our go-to place for pho, beef stew, and bun. Everything on the menu is high quality. I had a Chinese noodle soup once just to mix things up and it was good too. Try the salted soda lemonade for a unique flavor. There is an older guy who works there who says weird leering things to my girlfriend - I know he's just trying to be friendly, but it is weird...

We were greeted & seated extremely quickly & our server took our orders, then served us quickly. The chicken was amazing, super crispy & a good amount of meat, definitely not cheap quality wings. The pork rolls were honestly bland, the sauce it comes with didn't help. We ended up taking the remaining 2 pieces to go but tossed them when we got home.I got mixed noodles as I never had pho & wasn't sure which noodle to get. The egg noodles were not good & the texture is like undercooked instant noodles, but the rice noodles were sooo good. And the meat that came on it... Now I understand the name of the joint.I just wish the servers were more attentive through the entire meal, not just until our food was served. We needed refills on our waters & sodas but no one ever came to check on us, then waited another 10-15 minutes after we were done eating for the bill.Still a good experience & really great food.

I'll readily admit, I was hooked by the name. I made sure to check in on the app, I bought a few t-shirts, and found ways to "name drop" my lunch with a few friends throughout the day. I know, I know... I'm a little childish. And yes, it's a memorable and funny name. But do giggle-inspiring names bring good soup to my table? (((shrugs)))I absolutely love pho, but I keep it relatively basic as I most often order Pho Tai (thin cuts of round steak) with few exceptions. I like extra basil and jalapeno, and I usually forgo the beansprouts. The broth was hot and not too salty, and the noodles were were delivered with just the right amount of bite. There's nothing worse than soggy noodles in pho! However, the broth wasn't very dynamic. There was nothing that made me want to scream, "OMG, THIS IS PHO KING AMAZING!" There were too few slices of beef, and too many noodles for my liking. While I was slurping my so-so bowl of pho, my friend was oohing and ahhing over how much she loved her order of Bo Kho (Beef Stew) with egg noodles. I tasted the broth, and yes, it had a very rich and hearty flavor. But it's too robust for me... I'll save Bo Kho for a cold, winter day. All in all, we had a pleasant experience dining at Pho King Good. The servers were really attentive, and surprisingly patient with my friend's indecisiveness. They had great recommendations, and the soup was served expeditiously. I'll gladly come back to try other items on the menu in the future.

The pho broth is clean and not too oily, which I liked. I asked if I could get more bean sprouts, and they brought me extra. All of the staff were friendly. Free parking.
