Pho 39

Delicious Pho. Probably the most flavorful broth you'll find. It's almost too rich for drinking but it's perfect to coat noodles. Service was excellent. It is a joke in the wall but it's nice inside.Great Pho

I got the tofu bahn-mi, my partner got the pork one, they were fantastic! The bread was so crunchy and sweet. The sandwich did come loose in a paper bag though.I got my food to go so I can only comment on the food itself!

It's a grungy entrance, a lot of different designs pieced together, hole in the wall feels.Spring Rolls ~ eh. Peanut sauce is almost flavorless. Not wrapped tightly.Calamari ~ overly salty, most sauteed vegetables.Pho ~ it is just okService ~ straightforward standard.

It's a dingy looking place from the outside but don't let the boarded up spray painted door and cracked glass fool you, there is delicious food to be had and inside is clean. The days of the $6 banh mi are gone (and I'm afraid they are never coming back) they are currently 8.50, but I opted for the special which was a mix of the chicken pork and beef mixed up in a sweet spicy sauce. Fresh cilantro and jalapeño added nice freshness and heat. The bread was also the best, toasted perfectly crunchy but soft and not crumbly. I tried their salt & pepper squid special which would have been good - the breading and flavor was nice - if they didn't use the frozen calamari rings and had actual fresh squid. They also have an extensive pho menu, and I like that they have lots of cuts like tendon & tripe as well as the standard cuts. I also want to try their special curry noodles. They'll take your order and bus your table, pay up front when you're done.

Love this spot for their affordable and delish Bahn Mi. Came here with a friend a couple weeks ago and was impressed by the quality of their sandwiches and fresh rolls. It is a new restaurant and is very unassuming from the outside but is super yummy on the inside. Their Bahn mi costs 7-8 bucks which is the best prices I have seen in a long time. Great for a quick snack or sit down for Pho. Will definitely be coming back for their beef Bahn mi. Super kind staff as well!!

Had the Pho Tai (I forgot what it was called on the menu, I think it was "Soup with beef rounds".). Tasted delicious, was made quick, and service was friendly. Love the atmosphere and definitely will be stopping in again. Lived the last 15 years in places with Pho on almost every corner and this place holds up. Seriously good. I was hungry and ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture!

I work right across the street from this place and hadn't tried it for years until yesterday. I had the tofu Pad Thai. It was pretty good actually. The guy in there was super friendly. It doesn't look like much fun the outside, but by the time we were done eating, the place was packed. The guy there was so friendly though, it makes me want to go back! Try it out!

This place used to be Pho Jasmine, and I used to go there a lot when I lived nearby. I hadn't been there since it changed to Pho 39. But my daughter and I went the other day and first of all, Great customer service! The building is an older building and the inside is okay, pretty empty, and then a few people started coming. Classic Vietnamese decorations. The food is amazing, the beef banh mi was sooo good. And the pho was flavorful and warm and really healed a hangover. lol- but they had the best noodles in the pho. I need to find out what kind of noodles they use specifically so that I can get them when I make Pho at home. I've never had a super thin pho noodle like that and they had the perfect texture and chewiness and seemed to hold onto the broth. I also had some veggie egg rolls; those were also really good. I will always go back there. Like they say, some of the best Pho restaurants end in a number. lol I wish I took pics but we were too into the food.

I eat Pho all the time. This is best restaurant Pho I've ever had. The broth is so so flavorful. The noodles were the best- thinner and yet firmer. So good!

Fast and delicious. Big portions. Great service and nice server. Had good vegetarian options.
