PDX Kabob

OMG! I think I just found the best Philly Cheesesteaks in the country. This thing was massive with tons of meat and cheese, and the homemade sauce is to die for on this sandwich. The service was excellent and the food truck was well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend stopping and grabbing a sandwich from this location.

Great food! I had the chicken and found beef combo. What a treat! I will definitely be back! Not a long wait. And hood hall for the carts is great atmosphere.

Our patience paid off.We've been waiting for this food cart to open and we're so happy they were open tonight. We enjoyed chicken and beef kebabs over rice. The kabobs were juicy and the seasonings were outstanding. We will be back very soon. BTW the service was fast and friendly!We only live a mile away. This is such a great option to bring friends and family over to.

This place rules! My mother swears that these are the best chicken kabobs she's ever had. I don't eat meat myself, but I have had the hummus, chickpea and spinach sides which were all just fantastic. Wonderfully balanced flavors from a very nice owner who can just flat out cook. A true gem. Go here and go soon - you won't regret it.

This Afghan food cart at the food cart station off NE Halsey past NE 223rd is my favorite! The owner is personable and goes the extra mile. The authentic Afghan food, cooked fresh upon order, is generous and delicious. The flavors of the Ground Beef Kabob absolutely sing and are heightened with a slight crunch at the edges. The chicken is always tender, a moist delight. And the spinach is to die for. Your plate comes with a generous portion of perfectly cooked, fluffy Afghan rice, a salad, yogurt, and or chutney. I couldn't wait to share it with my Afghani foster granddaughter, who was thrilled, "It tastes just like I am eating home!" The large building is well heated and toasty warm even on the coldest of days. Do not miss this culinary treat!

The platter here was some of the best platter in Metro Portland. The food was fresh, juicy, very flavorful, the service was quick, no complaints at all. It was also located in a really nice upscale townhouse complex.I would definitely come back here, highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!
