Was craving some cuban food and have been meaning to checkout Pambiche for sometime now and was so glad I did. Pambiche has ample indoor and outdoor seatting where you can enjoy some delicious food and sip on whatever your vibe is. I had the plato cubano and tamarind sour and would recommend both. The plato cubano features some of the best pork I've had in a while and comes with some flavorful sauces. The tamarind sour was the perfect rum based cocktail that I could drink for a while and not get bored. My only regret is I went by myself and couldnt try more things out. Pambiche is worth checking out in a sea of restaurants along 28th.

I love Cuban food, and Pambiche was a divine experience.Drink:-The seasonal grape and rum slushie was super limey and refreshing--just what we needed!Food:-The Chicken and Rice Empanada Plate ($17.50) was huge and packed with filling--definitely a meal in itself. The plantains were perfectly sweet and delicious.-The Ropa Vieja Plate ($22) was bursting with flavor and really tasty, just what you want from Cuban cuisine. The staff was welcoming and genuinely sweet. The venue offers an inviting indoor outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot to savor a delightful meal.

First time to Pambiche restaurant. Immediately I liked the vibe and music to represent Cuban cuisine. Tastefully decorated, much to look at. Not many tables inside, but they have an expansive patio in front. We were greeted at the door, but, not quite sure why we were placed outside, since there were a few tables inside. But, when the waitress returned we said, we preferred inside especially with the heat outside and the patio could use a washing. We ordered Empanadas and boy were they delicious. Ours came with a cabbage salad and plantains. You must try. We also had a banana daiquiri, pretty and delicious!! I had a chamomile tea that was also very good. After dinner of course we eyed their dessert stand and had to try. I ordered the Rum Pudding bread, with Cafe con leche, wow. Taste buds were dancing. Parking is not fluid, so you might want to go during a less busy time to find parking near and walk to. I would definitely return to try other Cuban dishes.

Food quality great. Location was great. Staff was on point, and the vibe was great. Food choices were delicious as I went with the shredded beef, wifey went with creole chicken, and we had the empanadas and plantains. Everything was delicious and this might be my new go to for plantains. Definitely will be returning.

Small establishment with private lot and plenty of street parking. Indoor seating is very small but they do have a lot of outside tables. If you're craving for Cuban food you got to come here. Comfort food, great desserts and coffee. The only complaint I have is they don't have the oxtail anymore.

Great food, make sure you leave space for desert - they're the best. The ropa Vieja was amazing, the flavor is complex, but still mostly meaty. The yucca came with a great gravy sauce and made it very good. The best were the desert, the cigar was too chocolatety, but the cheesecake was simply the best, sweet and fruity.

Amazing Cuban food in Portland! The inside is small and it can get cramped and uncomfortable when it is full but they have plenty of outdoor seating options. I got the ropa vieja which was flavorful and had a great texture.

I can't express my love for Pambiche enough- it is likely my go-to recommendation to anyone looking for a good meal. Despite having been many times, I keep coming back to the empanadas. I've simply lost count as to which ones I haven't tried yet, but they're all so delectable. I probably need someone to force me to try anything else on their menu!Pairing with my empanadas, it is practically a tradition to sip on a mango milkshake, which I've deemed my favorite milkshake. It has that perfect consistency that is hard to find- thick, but not impossible to drink through a straw. As for desserts, and boy are there lots of desserts, I've tried many. The brazo gitano (pictured below) is a traditional Cuban dessert that is a delicious light sponge cake filled with coconut natilla cream. The guava cheesecake and tres leches are also worth splurging for... trust me. The only dessert I would say that is not my personal forte is the drinking chocolate, but not due to its quality, more so due to me not being the biggest fan of chocolate.Pambiche is a must-try! A lovely atmosphere with even lovelier food!

Went on a little family lunch date here after being back from the Bay Area and I am vibing with this restaurant! We reminisced a little about our trip to Cuba pre-Covid as there were lots of reminders decorated throughout the restaurant. We got the mango-lemonade slushy, cafe bombon, Havana cheesesteak sandwich, and the pollo criollo. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing! We enjoyed our meal and the kiddo loved the chicken and rice . We were just bummed they don't make the oxtail dish anymore. Will come back to try the pescado next time!
