Old Mill Saloon

We have visited this place a handful of times on the weekend and have always enjoyed it! (The bar end, not the restaurant end) Friendly and attentive staff, seems to have a lot of regular customers who are kind, good food and good drinks! My boyfriend loves the burgers, they have great fries, good club sandwich. Karaoke on the weekends is a hoot! Good sound level so you can enjoy the singing but also carry a conversation. Love this place!

This was our first time having dinner at Old Mill. We stopped in on a weekday when it was very quiet. There were only 3 other tables seated. Our server was friendly but didn't really seem to know much about the food being served. We asked a few questions about different items but didn't get much feedback. We went with an appetizer of bacon wrapped tots and dinners of a chicken fried steak and a BLT. The tots looked fried well but it was only on the surface. The bacon was raw in the middle and the tots were a little soggy. The chicken fried steak was ok. It wasn't fried long enough so the batter was undercooked. The fries and veggies were good. The BLT was good. Lots of bacon on it. The onion rings, again, weren't fried long enough so the batter was slightly raw on the inside. We left a lot of food on the plates because the raw batters, raw bacon and soggy tots just wasn't appetizing. Since it was just our first time having a full meal here we're not considering this spot a total dud. We'll likely be back to try some other options and I can update then.

Small place with friendly staff. Got a big ass burger that was pretty good and the onion rings the best I have had in quite a while. In the winter I imagine this is mostly a local joint but I felt very comfortable there.

Good eats and good drinks we like to come here for breakfast and for dinners or just cocktail hour

Sat in the bar with my husband and parents for brunch. The place was pretty packed but the bartender had it under complete control. Food was good and we had a nice time. Food came out promptly and hot. We will be back.

Wow, what a cool find. We were driving in the area in off-season. Just wanted some food and had low expectations. This place had bullets for door handles! Food was typical bar fare, but really good! Recommend tots for sure. Nice beer selection. Recommend.

The food was very bland in general, chicken club sandwich said it would come on a hoagie but came on garlic bread. Chicken strips were not seasoned and neither were the fries! Service was very slow, seemed like the employees didn't care. The ambiance was miserable.

Well, we requested a couple of steaks. I wanted a medium-rare steak, and it was overcooked. Then, when I did mention something about it, all I got was an apology. I didn't want a refund or anything like that, but I thought they would have been a little more attentive about it.

This was our first time to the Old Mill Saloon and we were not disappointed. Oh my goodness. They have THE BEST onion rings I have ever had!! None of the lame frozen stuff you often get. They must be hand dipped in magical batter. Sooo, sooo, good.And they serve their salads in metal bowls! Genius!!! I loved having the extra room to actually mix it all up. Why haven't other establishments thought of this? Don't stop doing that. Maybe others will catch on. We also really liked the ambiance and how spacious it is, along with being able to bring my grandchildren if I want. It has plenty of room for families to enjoy a meal and also other adults to enjoy themselves without with the families . There is a definite separation of the two areas, which is fantastic. The service was spot on. Our waitress was very friendly and often checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. We kept her busy. :-)At any rate, we loved it and will definitely be back for more!

OMG!!! The birria tacos are the bomb!!!! I have never had those before and they are delicious!! The best tacos I've ever had and my husband said so too! Thank you chef Alfredo!! You are a great cook! We also go the spinach dip and Alfredo's guacamole to go so I will review those later. Stop by definitely to try these tacos! Only on thursdays starting at lunch time!
