I hate to say this, but I think O'sushi may be on hiatus - and possibly no more. I've tried visiting the Fubonn location twice in the last two weeks, and both times there has been a sign on the door indicating a remodel. There is no mention of a closure on their website and Yelp says they are open for business. Their voicemail is full and no one answers the phone, Since the owners aren't keeping up with the schedule change in their media outreach, it doesn't bode well.Hope I'm wrong about this. Love me some O'sushi...

Ever since they introduced AYCE, my family and I have been going here a lot more recently. I think in the Month of June, we went once a week. The food here is always delicious, if there's a problem, they're happy to try and fix it for you. For the price of $27-$30, you get to choose whatever you want. I typically recommend a lot of the seared items since it's one of their best items in my opinion. I also love their yellow tail nigiri, unagi, and salmon (as you can see the million orders of it)Overall this place is inviting to a party of however many people you want. The space is big and I've seen parties of 10+ just split up into different tables that are right next to each other. Also, give the kids working there a break, they're understaffed and trying their best

Party of three on a Saturday evening. No wait but it did start getting crowded towards the end of our dinner. Did AYCE sushi and you get what you pay for...but I mean that in a good way! Enough of a variety for AYCE sushi and they weren't stingy and service was pretty good. I did not feel like they were trying to rush us at all and were sometimes even joking about how little we ordered a time.In general, I try to avoid conveyor belt sushi when it is slow which was the case here. Overall I would be back for my quick sushi fix.

So I decided to try O'Sushi for the first time next to Fubonn this past weekend (10/27/24) hoping it was finally opened after it being closed for remodeling/renovation, but unfortunately it's still closed. Wish they would post a date for it's re- opening on their door or front window.I gave it a neutral rating since I don't have anything good or bad to say about this place since it was closed.

This spot is in the Fubonn plaza and we have been eyeing this spot for a while. This spot offers two options, one is AYCE and the other is to pay per plate. We went for the AYCE option since that would let us get as many options we wanted. You can take rolls off the conveyor belt or order them with the server. It was $26/pp and I think we ate our monies worth. Next time we are definitely ordering the limited order items. I loved the salmon hand roll, all their salmon items were good. I did wish you could order via an ipad or something especially for the AYCE option as we had to flag down staff each time we wanted to order. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

Service is a hit or miss at this place. I already had a feeling that I might get a better experience when I came in and didn't see any of the teenagers they hired. The Hispanic-looking lady and the guy with a ponytail were the servers, and they provided much better service. The lady consistently cleared away empty plates while we were eating, which the teenagers never did. They came promptly whenever we asked to order the next round. We completed three rounds of AYCE without much wait time. One issue I noticed was that they forgot our miso soup every time we visited, so we always had to waste a chance of ordering something else to reorder it.

A consistent conveyor belt sushi spot located at the Fubonn Plaza. I've come here a couple times now--some times with friends and some times alone. Service here is quick, kind, and fairly consistent. Their menu is pretty standard for a conveyor belt sushi place. They have good options that are constantly revolving around the belt, but you can also order specific items from a menu. Everything comes in a good portion and the quality isn't bad. I've heard that they have an AYCE menu and I would love to come try that sometime!

O'sushi has become a regular place for us to enjoy as a family, especially since kids under 4 eat free.NOTE: All You Can Eat is *ONLY* offered at this specific O'sushi locationFood (Overall): 4/5 It's not the most amazing food, but it's pretty good, especially for the price in this area.Individually, here are my thoughts on some of my regular orders:Miso Soup (2/5): Normally, this is warm and decent, but today was a little bit cooler and also quite a bit saltier than I'm used to.Seared Garlic Salmon (4/5): On good days, these are excellent. They are by far the main reason I go to O'sushi. The searing process blends both cooked and raw salmon into a delightful mix of flavors, and the garlic sauce brings out the umami taste in all of it. (Today's offering was unfortunately a little off, hence the 4/5, but usually this is a perfect score!)Cucumber Salad (2/5): The sliced, seeded cucumbers offer a sweet and salty blend that typically leaves me craving more. (Today's offering didn't have much flavor and even the sauce at the bottom was lacking something).Edamame (2/5): I love edamame, but today's dish was a bit overdone, and it fell short of the mark).Veggie Tempura Roll (2/5): Normally, this is a great blend of crunchy and soft, but today it was more on the soft side.Salmon Killer Roll (4/5): On good days, this is a very savory selection. It has salmon skin (and avocado) on the inside and seared salmon on the outside. It's a tasty blend that tantalizes salmon lovers. It was good, today. Service (4/5): In spite of the posted signs for servers needed, and in spite of the fact that almost every table was taken and that there were only two waiters, the service was pretty attentive and well done. Props to them for managing a large amount of customers while being short-staffed.Ambiance (3/5): The ambiance at this rotary sushi place is decent. I sort of wish they'd fix the urinal in the men's room, and that the ground heading toward there wasn't... sticky. But, again, they are understaffed and this is understandable.Cost: $26/person (All You Can Eat is $31 for adults, but $5 off Happy Hour, and every day is Happy Hour) Verdict: 4/5 (3/5, this visit). I would still go again, and invite others as well.

This is easily the best AYCE sushi restaurant in the city. Yiu just can't beat their pricing for the amount of nigiri and limited sashimi you can get. When it comes to quality, they manage their rice in a way that would make most mothers proud. While there are some days it can be a miss, they are on point most of the time. The highest quality items ( rice and cuts of fish) are definitely in the nigiri. I would steer away from the rolls for not just value, but for quality of food as well. The service isn't bad, but not great. They'll make sure you're served and taken care of, but they have a very nonchalant attitude befitting of a casual eatery. Not necessarily a bad thing. The environment inside is as you'd expect of an AYCE and is very casual. Kids can easily find things to eat here, though there is a small charge for them ( they aren't free ). Definitely recommend if you're craving a huge amount of sushi to stuff your face!
