Noodle Man

This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning if I'm ever in the area. I came here on the weekend after lunch and it was surprisingly empty. The interior is cute and they have high chairs if you are bringing any kids with you. We opted for one soup and one noodle dish. Braised pork belly and green bean chow mein was delicious! The soup wasn't too spicy so the server gave us some chili oil to up the spice a bit (I can't remember the name of the soup but I'll update this review if I figure it out)! The restaurant was very clean and the service was 10/10! Serving sizes are great for the price as well

We came to this place for lunch based on Yelp's recommendations. The restaurant was easy to find at the entrance of a strip mall. It was busy on Friday for lunch. We were greeted right away by the staffs. We ordered spicy wonton, pork belly noodles, tomato brisket noodles and Lanzhou noodles. The portions were generous. The pork belly was marinated with great flavor however the soup was bland. The Lanzhou noodle was spicy and had stronger flavor broth. One of my boys liked the tomato beef noodle and finished the bowl with lightning speed. This is a good spot for a quick noodle meal.

I haven't been back here in so long but I'm so glad I did! This time around, I got the brisket tomato noodle soup and it was so yummy. The broth reminded me of bun bo hue. Portion sizes were amazing for both entrees and appetizers. Prices are amazing as well. I don't think you can find noodle soup at a non-fast food restaurant in Portland, let alone Happy Valley, for these prices anymore.

I came here for a quick bite and it was perfect. The shop is in a pretty busy shopping area and can be easy to miss, but it's worth checking out. I was seated immediately after coming in and the staff was very quick and kind. Their menu is pretty diverse with different dishes and cuisines here.Within 10 minutes of ordering, my food was already out. The portions here are pretty generous and the prices are on the more affordable side compared to many similar restaurants. The food wasn't particularly outstanding, but it was still really good when you want a quick bite or casual meal. Overall, I would come back to try other items on their menu if I was in the area!

Always delicious! Noodles are always perfectly cooked with delicious and balanced flavors. Excellent service, one of our family favorites!

I wish we had one of these noodle places in Denver with this much variety all in one place. This place had so many amazing options from multiple Asian regions so we got Taiwanese, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese noodles. I don't remember the dish, but the Vietnamese bowl of noodles was better than pho and had the best broth. I would definitely go back for just that noodle dish.

Everything I've tried from this restaurant has been delicious. Very reasonable portions and prices, and the staff is always friendly when I come in to pick up my order. Noodles are hearty and perfectly cooked every time.

One of best noodle soup place is SE of Portland. The portion is large where the price is below average!I love their beef noodle soup!

We were promptly seated and served by the personnel. The cuisine was excellent, and the amounts are substantial! It's now my go-to spot for shrimp fried rice. I also sampled the shrimp chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, and beef broccoli chow mein. I adored them all.
