Y U M M M I stopped by for dinner on a weekday and ordered two dishes: Fried Red Chili flakes Noodles with ground meat and Lanzhou Hand Pull Beef Noodle Soup. It was so good that we slurped up everything. The star of the show here really is the noodles. They're fresh, chewy and go well with everything. They're also quite long, which is why scissors are provided.

I had somehow mentioned this place to a friend before I even tried it and she LOVED it and insisted we all go together! We stopped in on a Monday night and it got pretty busy. You order from a QR code on the table, which can be a little confusing, but I appreciated seeing pictures of everything. We definitely over ordered, the portion sizes are BIG, but we loved everything. The move here is the hand made noodles and in my opinion the best thing we had was the beef noodle soup with medium noodles. The broth was insane! I took one sip and immediately moved the bowl in front of me. The noodles were perfect and the beef was tender. I am going back for this!We also tried some spicy noodles with pork ribs, the ribs were favorites of a lot of people at the table. The fried rice was GIANT and so good, lots of flavor and vegetables. The sesame chicken was also good with that sticky thick sauce, a HUGE portion that we somehow ended up finishing. My daughter also tried some of their dim sum offerings like XLB, green onion pancake, and some gyoza, all of which she loved. The service is a little spotty, we had to flag someone down for a box and the check and they didn't really check on us, but they were still super nice. It seems you can't go wrong here, but the noodle soup is what will keep me coming back.

I came here after a gym session with my boyfriend and were super excited to try it. The inside of the restaurant is quite spacious and there's a lot of staff. You order from a QR code on your phone and staff brings it out. The service is pretty quick. We ordered braised beef noodles, lamb skewers, wontons, xiao long bao, and a Chinese pork burger. Everything was delicious, but I wish there was just a LITTLE bit more flavor (or maybe some chili oil on the side would have done the trick). Nonetheless, I still enjoyed everything I got and would love to come back to try more of their items.

I went to eat with a group of people so I was able to try many things but apologies if I don't remember the specific names. First off, the service was very nice, they kept checking on us with napkins and water, too. We ordered:1. A chicken appetizer. It was not bad, a tad spicy for me so I think for everyone else it'll be okay. 2. Duck appetizer. The meat was on the drier side but the flavor was very nice! 3. "lvl 2" thickness braised beef noodle soup. I had this multiple times and still good and consistent!4. We ordered the same thing but "lvl 7" or so with thickness. A little bit was nice but thick noodles make me full too quickly. 5. We got the "patty" with meat and veggies inside. The outside was probably fried and it was really nice...if you like cilantro (sorry, I don't but others enjoyed it haha)6. We ordered a bing with some cilantro but not as heavy so I was able to manage it after taking some out (sorry!) The meat was really good and I liked the texture of the bing. 7. The salt and pepper fried fish filet was my favorite! Super flavorful but not too salty or spicy. It would go well with rice. I enjoyed this very much and we encored it after eating the first plate haha. I think the portions are reasonable to share, too. I would come back again!

Happy to see the first hand pulled lanzhou noodle is here in Beaverton! The broth tasted clean and tasty, I really enjoyed the numerous selections noodle thickness when ordering the soup noodle. I usually enjoy the thinner noodle like angel hair for a better slurp and less doughy texture.

Noodle Dynasty, located in Beaverton has easily become my go to Asian Dim Sum/Family style joint. This modern eatery has captured the hearts (and stomachs) of locals with its fresh take on classic noodle dishes.Their signature egg and tomato noodle dish is a standout. The ideal balance of sweet, savory, and slightly tangy flavors creates a symphony in your mouth. The noodles are cooked to perfection, with a delightful chewiness that complements the rich tomato sauce. It's a comforting yet incredibly satisfying meal. For those who crave a bit more spice/mala, the mapo tofu is a must-try. Packed with bold flavors and a satisfying kick. The tofu is silky smooth, and the combination of chili oil, Sichuan peppercorns, and minced pork creates an addictive umami bomb. The dining experience is as innovative as the menu. Say goodbye to traditional menus, because at Noodle Dynasty, you order by scanning a QR code right at your table. It's a seamless and efficient way to browse the menu and place your order. The food arrives astonishingly fast! You won't be left waiting for long.I gave four stars because I was a bit disappointed with the chicken dishes. The orange chicken and General Tso's chicken, in particular, had a tough breading that detracted from the overall experience. If they could improve the texture of the chicken, this place would be perfect. While the star of the show is undoubtedly the noodle dishes, the overall atmosphere and friendly service add to the dining experience. It's the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or a solo noodle craving.

Hand-pulled noodles have quickly become a favorite in our household. From soupy to dry spice, we've enjoyed the variety of dishes that are available. We tried the following at Noodle Dynasty:- Shumai- Fried Red Chili Flake Noodles with Ground Pork- Sliced Beef Pancake Roll- Spicy Braised Pork Flat Noodle - This was the favorite of the group!- Sliced Pork Ear- Sauerkraut Bamboo Shoot Noodles - I can see this being a hit-or-miss depending on your taste preferencesI appreciated that you can make all sorts of specifications to each dish, from the noodle width to the amount of sodium. Everything is ordered by QR code which makes it easy and quick, allowing visitors to add on items even through the meal. Definitely a filling meal, we'll be back to try more of their menu!

We've visited Noodle Dynasty twice. The first time was on a Thursday afternoon. There were two guys working the dining room that day and they were efficient. The food was also great that day, particularly the vegetable fried rice. It was very flavorful and I enjoyed every bite! The second time we visited was on a Friday afternoon. That day there were two ladies and a guy working the dining area along with one guy in street clothes behind the bar. Things were not running nearly as efficient as the first time. The food we received was also not as good as the previous visit. The vegetable fried rice was bland and mushy. The green onion pancake was very oily and broken in pieces. So it seems that consistency is the issue here. Hopefully, as time goes by things will straighten out. Whoever cooked our food on that Thursday needs to train the other cooks to copy him exactly.

I don't live nearby so we felt that we needed to order many things to make it worth the drive. We ordered: sliced beef roll (the favorite dish) golden buns, pork boa, shrimp dumplings, and spicy beef flat noodle. Service was prompt and the restaurant was very clean. All the food we ordered was delicious and big portions. We ate until we were satisfied and had leftovers that fed my husband and ourselves later that evening.
