Chicken Wrap is amazing! I appreciate the extra bit of labneh and dusting of sumac on top!

This place is on the pricer side, but it's honestly worth it. One time I even made the mistake of ordering through DoorDash for pickup (which has a $4 fee added) and honestly I wasn't even that upset because the food is so good.I usually order the chicken shawarma wrap, which is always delicious, but I switched it up last time and got a falafel gyro. Look, I have been burned by so many bad falafels over the years I gave up. The falafel itself is usually bland and dry and just not enjoyable. Or the gyro comes with an uninspiring mix of shredded lettuce and a sad tomato where it's clear nobody at that establishment thinks vegetarians deserve to be happy. But not here. This is the BEST falafel gyro I have ever had. So loaded with goodies they actually give you a fork to eat it. Not one bite was bland, and the falafel was perfectly cooked and not dry at all. Sorry chicken wrap, I think I found my new go-to item.It also takes a lot to lure me away from the Jojo's patty melt but there have been plenty of evenings I find my feet walking to this cart of their own free will and I am never sad about it.

Lots of parking and located with a group of other food trucks. Gyros were huge and fairly priced. Friendly and straightforward service.

Food was absolutely amazing!! Everything is fresh and handmade. The hummus was so smooth and creamy. The lamb is delicious with or without the spicy sauce. The garlic sauce is a must!!

Unfortunately the last 3 times we went the meat portions in their triple meat & lamb plates were reduced and replaced with more rice; they no longer match what is pictured on the menu. Maybe they got a new cook who's stingier with the meat? Regardless, combined with prices increasing by $2 it's not as good as a deal as it was a few months ago.

My goal when I arrived at this little food truck gathering space was to procure a fried chicken sandwich (which was awesome) . But I'm half middle eastern and have great difficulty passing by the smell of shawarma and gyro. My wife, reading my mind, nodded "yes" before I could speak. Then I saw they had lamb and was sold. We ended up choosing lamb gyro. I also saw they had pistachio baklava which is my absolute favorite. Folks, When I bit into the gyro and then the baklava I felt my nana's ghost haunt me with happiness. It was like being transported to my youth when we used to stop for some food. The baklava tasted exactly as baklava is supposed to taste...sweet but not overly so. The taste of pistachio coming through clearly and the light crunch of the dough. I could go on but you get the point. Please, do yourself a favor and go here. You'll be very pleased.

I'm a fan or both the Kosher and Halal designations, with an admittedly sketchy understanding of all the details, but a belief that an additional level of supervision in food processing gives consumers a less Upton Sinclair-ish source of sustenance.I was excited at the number of menu options I found at Noah Halal, and surprised myself by trying something that was outside my list of typical choices. I went with a Kabab Gyro, yes to tzatziki, and no to the hot sauce. I loved it. The tzatziki, along with bits of olive and a slice of pickle provided great counterpoint in temperature, texture, and chewiness to the meat. The symbiotic relationship of this cart pod with John's Marketplace means that a meal here can benefit from an extremely well curated beer selection. Having a beer with lunch on a weekday is an unexpected benefit of being retired.Noah Halal is a solid choice at a cart pod full of quality options.

The hubs and I love Middle Eastern food of any kind, but these guys have the best Arabic lamb dinner in PDX. Reasonably priced, too. A plus-- that it's right next to John's Marketplace. We can enjoy the outdoor seating area on nice evenings, grab our beers and eat inside the Marketplace if it's cold or take home. We bring everyone here!
