The food here is delicious. I have been here several times and am always impressed. I had the number 7 today and got a very generous plate of very good food. The Kung Pao chicken was delicious. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The sweet sour chicken actually had some chicken inside the batter. Really good.The outside looks a little sketchy but I come for the good food.

We were there Thursday afternoon late. We were the only people in the restaurant so we got terrific service. Sweet and sour chicken, hot and spicy beef, and deep fried shrimp! With two sides of pork fried rice, all came out hot. Everything was delicious and tasty. 3 people $45.00 including tip. Best of all Baskin and Robbins is right next door. See you again soon, your ad on TV peeked our interest.

If food was love this is a breakup, the level of disrespect shown by serving this burnt dry food and having the audacity to charge $75 like what I was eating was supposed to have some level of value was a slap in the face to Chinese restaurants everywhere, in a city where food is evidence of it's diversity and class, this meal was fit for the trash, it actually hurt to eat, it's a shame when panda express is a better than authentic mom and pop. Your offering to the city should be shuddered doors and anyone that says different was paid.I bought this food on a good day with love for my kids, I had to apologize to them, I'll never let you disrespect me or my money again.

Decent food at a good price. We've never had a bad meal here. We like to get the Hot and Sour Soup and the Salt and Pepper Shrimp. I highly recommend them. If you are looking for gourmet food, go somewhere else. What they have here is rock solid for the price.

I don't even know where to begin with this one. Picked this place because I was in the mood to try out a different Chinese place. Yelp reviews seemed ok so I ordered a Combination 1 which was Pork Fried Rice, Pork Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Food was delivered by Doordash and at first when I started opening the containers everything seemed ok. It wasn't.Pork Chow Mein: It would be offensive to call this chow mein because what they gave me was a container FULL of beam sprouts with random veggies thrown in. I found a tiny bag with what seemed like crunchy crackers but I'm going to guess these are supposed to be "noodles". Like what in the actual?! How is this even chow mein not to mention the pork part of it is totally missing.Pork Fried Rice: I have no idea how they did it but it STUNK like smoke/cigarettes....but nothing was burnt. I know people have seen the videos where if you smell your food you think that's what it is. Totally inedible. If you look past the horrible smell it was just rice....no carrots, peas, egg, or green onions but there were pieces of chashu mixed in but it was a very small quantity.Sweet and Sour Chicken: The only decent thing out of the whole order but the sauce was just the sauce....no bell peppers, pineapple, or onions.Literally I can't even comprehend how the yelp pictures paint a total different picture than what I actually got.

Since we can't call in and order, we will look for another place. Every time we've ordered online there has been problems. We want to call in our order for deliver, NOT order online!Food isn't as good as in the past. Liked their won ton soup.

Had absolute Worst Experience @Chens. They use Door Dash to deliver and the driver gave it to someone other than us. Mgr gave me Door Dash # for refund. Door Dash said it was the restraunts responsible! I ordered at 6:17pm, it's now 8pm. I told the Mgr "don't you think you should comp us our dinners since you use an incompetent service? We have been customers for years and order at least once per month, or more!" She yelled at me and said it's the banks responsibility! Too late for dinner now, but, hereafter it will only be Chinese Garden! Ugh. So pathetic and GREEDY at Chens :( * Forcing me to give One Star against my will.
