Fun staff, delicious drinks, great food. Can't wait to go back. I only wish I could bring my 16 year old too.

Do yourself a favor and go order a Baby Bird and an order of the rockfish strips. So delicious and refreshing.

Food was delicious! We had the hush puppies, fried chicken sandwich, and smash burger and absolutely loved it. The drinks were so tasty, they have really yummy non-alcoholic mocktails too!

Why haven't you been here?! This crew, the is kitchen, this food!! Get in here because the ambiance is amazing. The service is killer and the food is 100!

Really cool neighborhood bar with amazing food! I came on a Sunday night and ordered a local draft beer from their extensive list and some hush puppies, which had a nice smoky flavor and perfect texture. I love that they serve food late, too. Great concept, well executed! This would definitely be my regular spot if I lived in the area.

Went last night on my birthday. It was 90 degrees outside and close to that inside, I guess no AC?Music was loud but we could still hear each other until it was cranked up halfway through our meal so it meant it was hard to hear each other.Food: Barbecue Shrimp - tasty sauce, way over cooked shrimp came with cornbread instead of baguette even though we didn't ask for a substitution. Hard to soak up the sauce w cornbread. Asparagus - asparagus was super tasty with light smokiness. The egg however was raw. Not soft, the white of the egg was runny. Disappointing. Iceberg salad - the lettuce was not crisp, it was limp like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Otherwise it was super flavorful.So not sure if I would return here.

Visiting from Los Angeles, Great cocktails! And southern inspired food with real Duke's mayonnaise. Bartender was very accommodating with suggestions. There were also great nonalcoholic options that were just as good as their boozy brothers.

Amazing food. Great, nice bar. The cornmeal crusted rockfish strips are fantastic. Salad with Tiger prawns was fantastic. Nice ambiance. Great location for outdoor seating. Just needs more small outdoor tables. Only has large picnic tables that are often occupied by just two people.

10 out of 10 neighborhood bar/restaurant. The drinks are perfect and the food is so delicious! I have tried most of their menu and the pot roast with grits is a hug on a plate, pure comfort. All of the people that work at Moonshot are awesome too. A perfect place to meet up with friends!

Amazing food and staff! Feels good to have something wonderful in the neighborhood to take the precious location that Esparza's held for so long. Wishing that they had kept the birds on the side of the building though!
