I have heard amazing things about this place and was very disappointed. The corn tortilla I had was not fully cooked and you could taste the raw masa. There was not a single napkin dispenser in the entire building. The BBQ was tender but much too smokey. The breakfast tacos and fries were good.Very overpriced for what it is. There are much better tacos in Portland.

On the more spends side but having some unique tacos is always nice. What stood out was the sauces, a green and orange one which gave good acidity and creaminess. If you're planning to fill up, might not be the spot but if you're looking for some bbq tacos in a more elevated style it's pretty decent.

The tacos are pricey, but well worth it (three times the size of a street taco in LA). You only need 2-3. All the meats are super quality and every ingredient shines through. A regular spot for sure. A couple of locations are attached to breweries so makes for a fun spot to take friends or visitors.

Their tacos are worth the wait. I usually get the GOAT taco when available and it is truly an amazing combo in a taco: pulled pork and brisket with flour and corn tortilla. Genius. Their migas taco is truly so good and you will automatically regret not ordering two of them after the first bite. Love bringing friends in town to show off this place.

Tacos here were fantastic! We tried a bunch of different tacos and loved them all. We got there at 5 and they were already sold out of several options so something to keep in mind. I don't recommend the chips and queso- nothing special- but I'm still keeping it at 5 stars because this place deserves it for the tacos! A lot of taco places are average and taste the same but these are special. I didn't see many parking options, we were just lucky to get a spot on the road right in front. This is a mini food truck park with a communal seating area. The seating area is hooked to a bar. It's a great concept!

This place deserves every hype. It's a perfect place for late summer hang outs or early morning breakfast. I'm always amazed by how fresh, soft, and fluffy the tortillas are. I usually get the sliced pork belly and chopped brisket tacos. The meats are tender with so much flavor along with the pickled onions and guacamole. A single taco is pretty big, I can never eat more than 2-3. Their breakfast tacos are also good and very filling. They have plenty of sauce/salsa to choose from. I usually get a small cup of each one. This is one of my favorite food truck in PDX. Service is friendly, they have a kiosk/tablet to put in your order and will text you when food is ready. The area is big with outdoor and indoor seatings. Parking can be a pain. There's no parking lot and you're driving through a small street. You'll have to park on the street or in one of nearby neighborhoods

I had wondered about this place for a while and was excited to try it. I got the migas and smoked turkey tacos (both sans cheese). The migas taco was really sumptuous and had solid flavors. The smoked turkey although good just threw my tastebuds off since it gave me lots of Big Mac vibes with the burger toppings and mustard/mayo sauce. I would say both needed salsas which I think is actually a good thing since they were seasoned appropriately for salsafying. They were kind of pricey but also quite large. I felt the breakfast tacos would probably be a better deal in the future.

You guys. We happened upon this place while looking for a different place, and I'M SO GLAD! These tacos are mouth watering. Gorgeous moist smoked meats, creamy smoked mushrooms and peppers, fresh crema with lime, and what appear to be home made corn tortillas! The queso was great, creamy and mild. They had a few yummy sauces to kick up the spice too. We loved it so much that on the second day of a mere two day trip, we went back again lol. Cook and wait humans were lovely, and the parklet boasts lots of fresh air and seating options.

Excellent fusion style tacos- quality ingredients... not a fan of using a kiosk to order when there's a person right in front of you, and the prices are on the higher end ( but it is a delicious taco, but burrito price). The Hinterland bar/ building ( spacious, well ventilated, with a nice sound system and large screen TV in the back) is the real star here- we love the Hunker Down cart there too ( for a nice variety of offerings)... but back to Matt's- it's delicious, and we come here more often b/c of the pod / amenities of the location
