Maniac Mexican Food

Trying new Mexican food spots has become a hobby, this one was recommended by coworkers.The owner was way cool, he brought the food to my car in the rain.The breakfast burrito was solid. Strangely, it comes with your wide choice of meat; usually it's only bacon or ham. Kudos to them for not skimping on the pork, but I'd opt for a little less so it doesn't dominate the taste.They offer a mild and hot sauce salsa.A very good deal especially given the portion. Seems like they allow parking in the designated spaces. There's even bench seating for when the weather is good.

Please please pleaseeee go support our favorite mom n pop taco truck in Portland. I think we've tried more than 50 and this is our absolute favorite. Their food is seriously BOMB and too big for one serving every time. And their salsas .... I would trade my organs for. Nothing else like them. But most of all the husband and wife that run this lil truck are so unbelievably kind. Ugh. We just adore them. They're in my prayer list for happiness health and success. Go check 'em out!! We do as often as possible! By the way, this is a Chile Relleno Carnitas habanero burrito.

Had their chicken chalupas and asada tacos, both full of flavor! Tacos were fresh and authentic, customer service was friendly :) Check this place out
