Lovely Rita

In the middle of the winter storm, this restaurant and bar was a saving grace for me. If you're staying at The Hoxton, this has been my favorite dining experiences attached to a hotel. Every angle of the interior was gorgeous to look at and dripping in luxurious velvety colors. The service is wonderful. We had one waitress (Ally) who really made our night. An excellent place for drinks as well, even if you're not staying in the hotel. They have a large gin-based cocktail menu and there was not a single drink I got that I didn't like. They also provide room service for people staying in the Hoxton and the portions are wild. The potatoes were enormous for $8 and so flavorful. The salad is enough for a full meal.

What a great place to sip on coffee and work remotely from. Cute ambience and decor! This cafe is in the lobby of the Hoxton hotel and the lobby itself is expansive and stretches into a larger room where you can easily work remotely and take your calls/meetings without too much distraction or noise. The cafe does close at 11 and the Hoxton is currently still working on getting a lunch hour set up but their bar does open at 4 pm. The staff was kind enough to let me order outside food and bring it in since they weren't serving food/drinks between 11 am - 4 pm.

Seriously astounded by the immaculate level of hospitality that Karah & Molly provided. I was *that person* who flew in late and arrived half an hour before closing. Without hesitation, they both greeted me like a beloved neighbor and offered a beverage and food as I settled into a bar seat. Shannon produced a simple, yet refined hummus dish delicately flavored with preserved lemon, fennel, and served alongside a homemade pita bread. Do yourself a favor and come experience Lovely Rita's charming atmosphere and superb customer service yourself.

I was visiting a friend in Portland and we stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around. I was immediately drawn in by the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. We were immediately sat for dinner but the cocktail area seemed lively and a great place for the drinks. My friend and I order a few drinks and they were delicious! I highly recommend the Paloma. The waiter even offered me a splash of wine before I committed to a glass of Chardonnay. For appetizers, we got the oysters, yams, and focaccia. The puffed buckwheat and cranberry glaze on the yams brought such a new flavor to a traditional dish and the sea salt on the focaccia was the perfect touch. I'm not quite sure what type of oysters we had. For dinner my friend ordered the seared king salmon. I ordered the wagyu culotte. This is easily one of the best cuts of meats that I've ever had in my life! The meat was cooked to perfection and the demi-glace was so flavorful in its pairing with mushrooms, onions, and potatoes. Though we were so satisfied with dinner, we couldn't say no to desert and a few more cocktails. We ordered the chocolate semi frezzo which was a perfect ending to a great meal. I'm not the biggest fan of chocolate but it was paired great with brittle and cherries. The service made the entire experience that much more wonderful. The waiter wasn't able to answer all of our questions such as what types of oysters and the profile of the wine but it was made up for in his hospitality and attentiveness. The manager also made his way to our table to check in on us and give a few recommendations in town. Very few times have I felt this attended to and cared for. I highly recommend you try this restaurant if you're visiting. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in town.

Lovely decor.Lovely spot.Lovely staff the first time I came here. And minus one from the gal today. Got seated no menus or drinks.Then I proceed to ask nicely hey can I have menus... and got a snarky comment... I am bringing you the menu now! Mind you I went to the bathroom and my husband was seated. I came back after 6 minutes and no menu or water.Four other individuals that came after us got seated and ordered their food. While I am not hung up on the service today I do know they have other staff like Nicolette (sp?) who serves with fairness and kindness.The short rib melt is delicious!!!I am disappointed they didn't have the easy green juice-- second time that it's out

Jazz music in a sweet ambiance of cool lighting and mix matched furniture and exposed brick and studs. Delicious cocktails. We already ate but the menu looks tasty and we drank a few Tamarind Tangos. A refreshing taquila libation

We loved our experience at lovely Rita. We had multiple items off the food menu including the steak bites and the burger. Jeffery and Timothy helped us with drinks and whiskey selection. Their bourbon menu is outstanding and Timothy especially was very knowledgeable. Service was well timed and enthusiastic. We had a great time and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend stopping in.

Really conflicted here. It's a nice bar, and the live music was great. But there is one bartender who moves sooo slowly, for a 100 person capacity venue no less. Have you ever been in line at the dmv and wondered "why is it taking 20 minutes per person? What is going on?" If you have experienced that, you have experienced this venue. Start to finish in a five person line was 32 minutes. Talk about killing the buzz and good time. I would sneak your own booze in and enjoy the show.

Amazing spot with the best atmosphere! Really enjoyed our server, Kyle who brought a fun personality to our evening. Also bartender Allie took the time to make us some personalized drinks. 10/10 will be back
