Los Plebes Tacos

My first time at Los Plebes Tacos. I had the Los Plebes torta with chicken and my girlfriend got the soyrizo street tacos. Both were really delicious. Although you definitely needed the salsa to spice up the torta. The one thing about the tacos-the portion is crazy small. 3 tacos for 9 dollars but the tacos have like two bites in them. Service was good. And the ambiance is a nice food cart pod. Love that the pod is covered from the hot sun/rain.

It's a good food cart to grab some quick food when in the area. They are usually the ones that have longer operating hours than the other carts in the area. We stopped by and shared a chorizo quesadilla while waiting for our other stuff. The flavor of the chorizo was on point, and the quesadilla did its job. The person working there was friendly and quick to prepare our food.

One day my wife came home with two tacos from a food truck that opened up across the street from her office. Having moved here after living near the border for so long, I am always on the lookout for good Mexican food. These tacos fit the bill in every way. Long story short, our microwave broke and we really only had eggs in the house. So of course, I had to ask her to bring me some food from this place. This time she brought home a chicken burrito with everything I love inside. This well filled burrito was wonderful...and not overly expensive. They make some awesome green salsa and avocado salsa. Very flavorful. As annoyed as I was by the broken microwave...there is a part of me that's glad it broke.

First time coming here after driving by a few times. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Truck and space around looked well kept. We ordered the chicken quesadilla and asada burrito. Food was ready in 15 minutes and we headed home. The chicken quesadilla was really good and the highlight of this meal. The asada burrito was ok, nothing I'd go out of my way to get. The seasonings were pretty mild and not as strong as I'm used to and enjoy. The food wasn't bad, but just not something I'd go out of my way to seek out.

Love trying new Mexican spots. Here, opt for the Quesatacos for $1 more rather than the tiny street tacos. The Al Pastor was dry. The standout was the ample portion fresh watermelon juice.Overall, it was middle of the road. The window guy was very friendly.

Delicious hand made tortillas. Really loved the quesataco. Reminded me of an arrechera con queso taco from Tacos Los Juanes in CDMX that I miss dearly. Much better pastor than most folks around town. The chicken taco was very nice too, I always try a few different meats my first time at a place to see what they excel in and they were all great. Next time I'll try the rice, beans, and chorizo as they all looked great. They have three hot sauces: a verde, an avocado, and a mango habanero. My only recommendation would be adding one more hot salsa, say just a simple habanero, I'm not a huge fan of fruit salsas but would love some heat. Very nice service as well and I hope these folks have a lot of success with this cart, thank you for the delicious food, will be back soon!

Didn't look like much when I was walking by, but man was I impressed. Great service and great food. Def a must to come back. Glad to see good business like these around my neighborhood!

By bar the most authentic Mexican food I've had In a long time. And best part of it all is the customer service!!

I ordered a classic pork burrito at the Stark St. location just before closing yesterday. It may be that they were about to close but the burrito was inedible - the pork was dry and overcooked, the tortilla dry and overcooked. It ended in the trash. When I went to the truck earlier to view their menu the aromas emanating from the cart were amazing... I was really disappointed.

It's hard to find the trifecta of a good taco. Excellent meat, tortilla and salsa. Los Plebes have perfected The Best Al Pastor tacos. Perfectly marinated meat cooked on a vertical rotating spit. Housemade mango habanero salsa all rested in made to order fresh tortillas. Delicious!
