Los Cactus

I was out in this area around 10 or 11, and was really craving nachos, and so it was awesome to find this truck. It's in an odd spot, just on the side of the road outside of an apartment complex, but the area seemed to be somewhat busy with pedestrian traffic, and I was ecstatic to find a taco cart at this time of night that was open. I ended up getting a couple tacos (Chorizo, Pastor and Lengua) and a burrito for later. The tacos were good, great balance of price/quality/quantity. They were $1.50, he put a good amount of meat in them, and they were pretty good flavor. The burrito came out really good as well, even reheated the next day. The service was great, the gentleman was friendly, he told me it would be about 15 mins and it was done in probably ten, and for the money, i felt like I got a great deal, not to mention the HUGE bonus of being open at 11pm. If I'm out here again, I'll definitely come back.

I was hesitant, this place has mixed reviews, I had no problem with the food being too spicy or cold. Maybe because I ate the food right away and i couldn't wait!! It was hot(not spicy) and fresh!!The food was so delicious and the green salsa is my favorite !I would say if they had more seating outside it would be 5/5 stars. Good service ! Answers any questions. This taco truck is near apartments, parked on side of the road.Ask about the Chicharrones!!! Grab a Mexican coke and you're all set for a good meal

Those were some bad tacos. The pastor was flavorless, not very warm, and I wonder how old? The crispy taco was stale. The red salsa was extremely watered down. Can't recommend anyone try this spot unfortunately.

Terrible. I hate leaving bad reviews, but id feel bad for anyone arriving hungry hoping for a good meal. The "crispy taco" was a store bought taco shell, and it was stale. The meat was tasteless and didn't seem fresh- like at all. The red salsa was watered down juice from what I can only guess was once pico de gallo. I can't think of a good enough reason to cut corners if you're looking for return customers. If you look at the dates of almost every positive review was from years ago, some as far back as 2017.

Great little find in a residential neighborhood. We got veggie burritos, beans, cheese, the whole works. Very hot and fresh.

It's always nice finding an authentically cooked meal. We ordered chicken and pastor tacos, a chicken quesadilla. Both were delicious. The service was kind and accommodating. I hope they stick around. Would like to see them add pico, sour cream, and guacamole to their quesadillas though.

When we moved into the apartments next to this taco truck, I was excited. Cheap, possibly tasty tacos that are within walking distance? AND they're open in the evenings until 3am? Amazing! When I actually tried the tacos... I was floored. I have had tacos all over the Portland area, from Por Que No to Little Conejo in Vancouver. This guy's tacos are something else. They're nothing crazy, nothing over the top with extra frills and bells and whistles. Just great quality meat, seasoned perfectly with a side of DELICIOUS pickled onions (I always ask for extra!), limes, and to-go salsa cups. He has a lot of different meat options as well! For $1.50 per taco, I could order about 5 of these (AND be able to choose a different meat for each taco) for the price of a "3 Soft Taco Combo Box" from Taco Bell. He also makes well priced burritos, with his Super Burrito being only a hair over $8. I don't write Yelp reviews very often, but Los Cactus gets 5 stars from me.

To be open late night this was terrible felt like the meat was a little undercooked no seasoning. The green sauce was very runny. I will never eat here again in my life. This is most definitely a food truck for only the neighborhood. Don't know how it has five stars wouldn't recommend.

Worse tacos ever undercooked and cold .How they can sell tacos like that .This was a bad experience I like to support small business or food carts .
