It is a classic place located in downtown Portland. Usually we get drinks here, but this time we wanted to get some food for lunch. We got the Riley Grinder and Smashed Burger to share. The food came out pretty quick, and our waiter was attentive. The pepperoncini gave it that lil zing to the sandwich.

Very chill spot with delicous-looking food and straightforward drinks.Lots of seatings inside and outside. There's also a downstairs bar that has a completely different vibe to the top one!

Went to life of Riley tavern on a Thursday night with some coworkers right at 7:00 pm when the game room open. We played pool for about an hour and then grabbed a booth and some food for another hour. The beer and drinks were excellently priced ($6 a beer) and the pool was fun. I order the grinder sandwich and really enjoyed it. It came with a generous portion of tater tots. I would recommend getting here early for a pool table as it seemed a lot of people waiting for a pool or shuffle board table

I grew up in a town full of taverns, so places like this can feel like home.Friendly bartender/server; good burger on brioche bun with fries.(The fries weren't hand-cut, but you can't have it all!)Enjoyable experience in a booth by the window overlooking NW 10th in the Pearl.

Ample amount of TV's, open late, and some cheap beer options. Generally solid bar. Not my most frequented spot but will usually add to the list of stops if doing a bar crawl in the Pearl

This was one of our favorite bars to frequent in Portland. It's a dive-bar atmosphere with an outdoor patio and basement with a pool table. Cocktails and beer, not to mention the bar food is great. Love the mini corn dogs and chicken fingers.

I stay at the Hampton a block away. I wish I found this spot a long time ago. I had two shots and a quesadilla $26 wow. It was delicious, they were super nice. I will 100% be back.

It's been a while since I've been in a bar that I LOVED. I was actually on my way to a bar on a girls night out when we found this one and spontaneously stopped in. There's an area on file and a basement bar that we went to. It's super cute and cozy with lower ceilings, dim lighting and lots of Halloween decor. Overall divey vibe, but like a nice, clean and safe type dive bar!I got the cherry cider and it was tart, tasty and refreshing. Only $6!!!! The drinks were very reasonably priced and the staff was awesome. The best part we're all of the free games: pool, darts and a super long shuffle board. We had such a blast here and I can't wait to come back!

Love the ambience of the place and the bar, but the prices are ridiculous... Eight dollars for a seltzer that cost five dollars other places... They need to lower their prices it's silly
