Had soMe great pad see yew today. Very fresh very tasty. The people working the cart were super friendly. I've had a lot of pad see yew at different restaurants and this ranked as one of the best Ive had. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to eat outside. Fantastic

About half the time I come to The Fork I got their food. They are nice, the prices are reasonable, and there are fast. Most importantly the food is delicious. They are also generous with the ingredients. When you ask for extra vegetables, you get extra vegetables. If you're ever here, give him a shot. Trust me they will not disappoint

By far our favorite Thai restaurant/food cart in the area. Have not had a dish we didn't love yet. Our go to's are the Pad See Ew with tofu, Yakisoba Pad Thai with beef, Tom Kha with veggies, and the Panang Curry. Everything is super fresh and they do not skimp on the spice! Medium is actually spicy for once thankfully, and they also offer chili oil on the side as well. The owners are the absolute sweetest as well. Such a gem!

Woohoo! This is Thai food in the Gresham area worth returning to over and over again. Been a few times now, and it's quality every time. I love the panang curry, pad see ew, mango sticky rice, and tom kha. My favorite thing about this place is that when you order a dish with vegetables instead of a protein, they load your dish up with a diverse, hearty mix of vegetables. No four-extra-pieces-of-cabbage nonsense that sometimes other places will try to pass off as main course vegetables. Side note: the presentation of the vegetable curry is also beautiful, even in the takeout containers. This cart is located in The Fork, which is a nice place to hang out both inside and outside. It's never been too crowded, which is great. Maybe that will change once word gets out about this cart!

OH. MY. STARRRRS!! We are beyond happy that this place has opened up near us. Their dishes are fresh, customizable (mild thru flaming hot!) and the best we've had for a long time. The Mango Paradise dish is truly paradise! I've never had anything that explodes with so many contrasting flavors that also meld so perfectly! The Yakisoba Pad Thai was so good my guy finished it and then drank the sauce. GO. TRY. GO BACK AGAIN!

Best panang ever. We stayed in pdx for a week and ate here almost everyday. Friendly service and delicious food.

YUM! YUM! Yum!I had the chicken fried rice. They didn't skim on any ingredients. I'll be back.

pad thai is amazing and you can taste how fresh their teas are. i miss the coconut flan they had it was super creamy and flavorful but the mango sticky rice is also super good. service was really good the lady at the window is nice.
