I used to come here for the bulgolgi sliders, but they don't have them anymore. Instead they now have the BEST fries in town...the bulgolgi fries! This dish is amazing and I'm surprised I've never had this before. I used to live in LA ktown and I've never had this. If you like carne asada fries ...this is better. It looks like a mess. But with all the weird sauces and ingredients mixed together (yes...it's hot Cheetos in there)...it's a flavor bomb! Also, great decision on the thin fries. They're very McDonald's like...which I love. If you don't like spicy, I'd definitely recommend getting the spicy sauce on the side. It'll rip a whole in your mouth. Hey guys. Bring back the sliders. The bulgolgi sliders with a side of these loaded fries is a killer combo!

The food and location was great! I had a pick up order and ordering and picking up was so easy! The worker running the stall was also super super nice!!!! I got the bulgogi burrito and Sodduk-Sodduk. The burrito was pretty big and had a lot of bulgogi and veggies! The Sodduk-Sodduk was my favorite. The sauces and chewiness of the rice cake is SOO GOOD. Definitely give this place a try!

I'm giving this cart 5 stars based on the food. I had the koi fusion large size burrito for $12.50. I probably shouldn't of eaten the whole thing, but I did. It was deliciously seasoned pork, nice Asian veggies and wonderfully flavorful rice. I might try the smaller size for $8 next time. I would say the fellow running the cart could be a little friendlier, but he seemed a little down, so I didn't want to ding him for that in the review. We've all been there.

Food was great. Ambiance at the Mississippi location is awesome. The guy taking orders is less awesome. He seemed annoyed with people who were ordering from him. Just short and impatient with people in general. Won't be going back.

I love Koi Fusion since they started and I used to follow their cart. I got my lunch tacos (chicken and pork), it has been a while since I had their tacos, and they were ok, seasoning was a little bit sweeter than I like. I had a bite of burrito and actually liked the seasoning of the rice. I just felt a little less fresh that I remembered and it lost a little bit ouch of nice Korean part of it. However, don't get me wrong, It was great have good lunch option at loyd center and I still would have them when I have lunch here.

They had the wrong prices on the board. My order said $9 and when I actually ordered it, it was $12 and I was told that the prices on the board were wrong. But the real reason for this 1 star review is that this business refuses to accept cash. I understand that was a thing at the beginning of the pandemic, but businesses continue to do it not for safety but for personal convenience. It's incredibly classist and also illegal. I encourage everyone to boycott businesses that continue the practice of not accepting cash.

I have been eye balling this place for a long time on my instagram. I was excited to see it come up when I was looking for outdoor eating on yelp on our way home from our families the other day. This place has a very similar menu to Kunfusion in Eugene. I frequent there quite a bit for their fusion dishes. When I saw that the menu had a rice bowl l was in heaven! As we were standing there, we heard an all too familiar sound...beef is sold out! I was a sad panda! I completely understood because my favorite place in Eugene sells out of beef, and chicken if you are not careful. I chose the pork. I was definitely not disappointed. It was so full of flavor, and I really liked how the cucumbers complimented the flavors of the food. My Grandmother is from Indonesia, so we eat a lot of food with cucumbers. My guy ordered the quesadilla, and the chicken sandwich. The quesadilla was very flavorful with the Kim chi, and the samich was hard to eat, but full of flavor...hard to eat meaning had to eat with out fork. I would love to make a drive back up to Portland just to try the beef, and short ribs. My mouth was watering just thinking about them after already trying the other dishes out. So heck yeah! Will be a return custy when I am in the area. I also want to say this is pet friendly. We had the dogs with us.

Here's what you get: the beef bulgogi burrito, add sour cream. The meat is flavorful, and it's full of so many ingredients that are fresh and crunchy, it's a real treat. Traditional burrito ingredients like rice, cheese, and pico are combined with the "fusion" ingredients like sprouts, cucumber and cilantro. It's delicious and tastes so fresh.Koi Fusion might not satisfy a hardcore burrito craving, but they're their own thing that deserves to be appreciated. And I say that without ever having deviated from my above order. Maybe someday I'll check out something else on the menu.COVID Stuff: I ordered over the phone and it was ready in 10 minutes. I walked up to the counter, paid with Apple Pay and was out of there in less than a minute. Nice and easy and social-distancy.

For a food truck that has a really good value menu for kids - I strongly recommend this place. We made a pit stop here before heading to adidas. Our two older kids (11 and 9 years old) split a $6.75 bulgogi beef burrito. So yummy. They are relatively big eaters to its great that the burrito filled them up. It's a good truck area so you just have to be ok with taking your kids there. People in general are very friendly and there is a good number of tables for folks to sit at.
