KIN Thai Twist

I had the pad se ew for dinner at a Tuesday market recently. Overall a tasty meal, not too dry, but I'd personally like a bit more sauce. Some pieces of chicken had a bit more pepper than others. I went early in the dining hour so my wait wasn't terrible, but they aren't the speediest. Friendly order taker. Asked how spicy I wanted it. The menu is more limited than you might expect. First experience was good and I'd go again.

Give this cute little new cart a try and I didn't disappointed!! Pad Thai noodle cooked perfectly and don't forget to grab a Thai Iced Tea! Price is reasonable and friendly service. Can't wait to try more dishes from the menu.

Homemade sauce for the Katsu Sando really stands out. Stir fry basil pork comes with white rice; you just can't have it without the rice. It's sweet, salty & spicy and must eat with white rice! The fried oysters are just crispy on the outside and soft & juicy on the inside.

The stirfried noodle was so yummy as it included thai basil, tofu & chicken. With the combo, I also got 3 pieces of eggrolls with sauce, a side of sweet spicy kimchi and a drink (sprite). Their prices are very reasonable. The hostess & chef are very friendly & helpful. Will definitely go back & try other dishes on their menu.

The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and all at very affordable prices. Service was incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food!

Tried this cart out during the Farmer's market. Noodles were all clumped together and there was hardly any sauce on them -- very dry and very tasteless. Ended up throwing most of it away. Not worth the 20+ minute wait or $13.

I stopped by this cute place in Hillsboro on last Saturday. I got Pad thai, chicken basil stir fry, calamari, and Takoyaki. The food is really authentic!! The price is reasonable!! The staff is so friendly!! This place is a gem. I'll come back for sure!
