Brian did a great job waiting for us. He was kind and explained how the menu worked. He always checked on us and never left us on an island. The service he provided to us made our meal that much more enjoyable. We had 5 people in our group and was able to finish 4-rounds of 4 meat choices per round. The brisket, kalbi ribs, bulgogi and my favorite, spicy pork belly were all wonderful. We had plenty of banchan side dishes to keep us busy and Brian constantly came over to change our grill plate. This is my 2nd time here in the course of 3 years and was never disappointed in each of my visits. I hope my review can help encourage people to try this place out inspite of all the other negative experiences. I think they're doing their best to improve and tonight's service showed just that.

K-Town has been our go-to Korean BBQ spot in the Beaverton area for many years. We visit almost every one or two months, and it never disappoints. The BBQ buffet offers consistently high-quality food, and the side dishes are absolutely delicious. The no time limit policy makes it a fantastic place for family dinners or meet-ups with friends.K-Town also offers a selection of wine and snacks imported from Korea, adding a special touch to the dining experience. Conveniently located in the center of Beaverton, the restaurant has plenty of parking spaces. While the staff turnover is noticeable with each visit, one waiter with red hair stands out for his exceptional service and long tenure at K-Town. He always ensures we have a great dining experience. My kids especially love the Cheese Corn--it's a big hit!The only reason I give K-Town 4 stars instead of 5 is their pricing policy for young children. They charge half price starting at age 4, which seems unfair since my 4-year-old only eats a few bites of meat and Cheese Corn. I suggest implementing a more gradual pricing increase based on age, starting at $7 and adding $2 per year. This would be a fairer approach for families with young children.Despite this, we still love K-Town and will continue to visit regularly.

I have been to the Beaverton location many times over. We wanted my mom to experience K town as we thought she would love it. Food and selection was close to the Beaverton one. They don't serve a salad but the Vancouver location does. The biggest thing we noticed was service was awful! We were given forks and had to ask for chop sticks. Then we had to ask for spoons. Each time took 5-10 minutes to track people down. We had a length of time between being done and being asked about our next round and we also had a hard time getting a refill on the sides. The food was incredible as it always is but the service just seemed to be a miss for this location.

First time eating at K-Town. Tried the all you can eat dinner. Ordered one round of protein and vegetables. Loved the coconut curry chicken, and pork belly and all the side dishes & the veg was delicious, too! Definitely plenty of food for two people. Service was friendly, they checked on us a few times. Casual dining booths with a mellow atmosphere. Definitely want to return and try more menu items.

Luckily we came on a Sunday when they just opened so we were seated right away even with a group of 8 people, but it did get much busier when we were leaving. The banchans were simple but the potato salad was probably the best of them all! My group did the $35 All You Can Eat option which I thought was worth it for the amount of food you get but highly recommend going with people who can eat their money's worth! You order 4 meats at time but it has to be different? But I wasn't sure if that was only for the first round or for all the rounds so that was a little confusing. Overall I would recommend the LA Galbi for sure, it was seasoned really well. The chadol (thinly sliced beef brisket) is a KBBQ classic and our other favorites were the spicy bulgogi and the miso pork belly.Service was quick and they did change our grill one time but after they got busier they didn't really come back. I had to flag someone down for the salad so we didn't get that until the third round of meat which was unfortunate. But it was refreshing and much needed in between the rounds of heavy meats.I'd say this place is good for the value but nothing stands out or too special. A great place to go for your KBBQ craving!

Was craving kbbq while in Portland and opted for K-Town BBQ as it was one of the few options open during the day and time we were around. We showed up as a walk in for a group of 3. The experience started mid for us as the restaurant only had a few patrons dining, yet we waiting about 7 min before anyone even greeted us. No acknowledgement upon entering, no acknowledgement as someone walked past us. We just were kept standing there and I was about ready to leave. Finally we were greeted and brought to a booth style table. The menu is offered all you can eat style during which you can order 4 selections of meat at the same time before ordering the next round. Meats that we ordered included:- LA galbi : our favorite- bulgogi: very solid with great flavor- spicy bulgogi - same as the above bulgogi with a little heat- beef brisket: meat was very tough and we did not enjoy it- pork belly: solid, decent flavor, not too tough- melona soju cocktail: a bit too sweet for me but my partner enjoyed it - banchan: not great but not bad; decent

Came in for some Korean BBQ for my birthday (first time ever) and was disappointed in the very slow service. Once we were seated and asked for a few more minutes to decide the wait staff decided to ignore us for a good 20 minutes. Sat and served other tables their entire meals while we continued to wait. I finally had to get up and go ask our waiter to come take our order. Food was good. You can tell some of the meats are frozen (makes them easier to slice is my guess). The experience is great. Was fun to cook our own food. TVs are way too loud considering people's conversations and the noise from cooking your own food. I most likely won't be back but my kids will, they love this place. I do recommend this place just be prepared for slow service.

So my wife and I have a history of delayed holiday dinners. We figure everyone is going out on Valentine's Day and it's gonna be crowded. We want to be able to relax and not be rushed so we wait a couple days for the excitement to calm down before celebrating. I was thinking about Nak Won (also a delicious choice), but she suggested K-Town, after minimal convincing i agreed. We got there around 4:30. I had previously suggested 5:30, but as usual my wife said that earlier would be better. Of course she was right. We walked in from the cold into the cold...it was pretty cold in the restaurant, but I was able to manage. The K-Pop videos were on the TVs as per usual. Always a nice distraction during dinner. The starters (Boc Chon?) were already on the table. Bean sprouts, Kimchi, fish cakes, broccoli, and pickled radish and carrots. Everything was on a constant refresh except the mashed potato, that was just kinda odd. We started with beef bulgogi, short ribs, pork belly. My wife did the cooking and passed to me after she took her share. It was very similar to Fogo De Chao...ok not exactly but we got to use scissors and tongs ourselves to make everything bite size. Had a great dinner and the 35.99 AUCE price is definitely a great value. Just a side note, Nak Won is amazing (try the kimchi pancake) and Fogo is an experience in itself. You will have a great experience at all of these restaurants.

Was told wait time would be an hour and a half then they said another half hour and checked in and said another hour. So 3 hours total after being told it would be no longer than an hour and a half. People who checked in after us got sat before us. Didn't wait any longer.
