What i got was really good a variety of everything and could be shared because i certainly did not finish the whole thing. The service is usually the same not great nor bad given that it is younger folks taking the orders. But overall for what it is can't complain..

I don't understand all the negative reviews. This place is standard mall food court type of teriyaki bowl place. The food is hot and tasty maybe a little salty for some. It's also a nice portion for the price.

I like how consistent they are - their food is always good! Chicken teriyaki plate is my go to! Sometimes, there is a bit of a wait but it is not too bad.

I've stopped in here twice before it is conveniently located next to Fred Meyers and a few other places like Palm Beach that I go to weekly. The first time I tried their beef fried rice - the beef was tender never chewy and you could tell you were eating beef not some mystery meat. The second time was today and I ordered a basic order of the chicken breast bowl sub fried rice. Once again the chicken breast was chicken breast as well as being free of gristle or mystery parts/textures which is very important to me to avoid because I can't stand chewy pieces. I also liked how they already include an extra sauce in case you want to add more OR forget to grab an extra / forget to ask for another. Anyways, this location is kept clean every time I've been in and there was a good amount of people dining in & taking out both times I was in there which is always a good sign. I'm not sure how legitimate the negative reviews are I feel like some negative reviews are just from unhappy people in general.

We have frequented this place for a while, mainly because it's on my way home from work (convenience) and there's not many other options except for burger fast food. The food is slightly better than average, compared to other teriyaki joints. The prices are more expensive than they should be though. Most of our experiences - save for the prices - have been fine: to-go orders ready in a reasonable amount of time and friendly staff. Today was a much different experience.I picked up our order and got home, only to find out we got the wrong order. We were all hungry and I wasn't going to drive back and make the family wait another 30 minutes. We ate most of the food and I called them to explain, hoping to at least bring it to their attention, and at best, get a credit or something. The employee said she gave us the wrong order, apologized and said I could come back and they would give me the right food.I drove back, expecting to pick up the right order and to drive it back home so at least my wife could get what she wanted. Upon arriving, the same employee I spoke to began to ring me up. When I questioned it, she said she gave us the wrong order and charged us for the wrong order; my original order was $6 more expensive and she wanted me to pay the difference. I said I understood that what I initially ordered was more expensive than what she gave us and I know mistakes happen, but I'm now having to make a 2nd round trip and then pay more, to get food that has been sitting out. She wasn't willing to budge so I told her to forget it.Everyone makes mistakes but customer service is pretty straight forward. We won't be returning to this location.

I sometimes work in the area and have been here a few times now. I cannot see how anyone could give them more than 3 stars. I have tried several things on the menu and nothing has been good. I am only giving them 2 stars because I have never gotten sick. The last thing I ordered was the spicy ramen bowl and it was literally top ramen. It has some terrible tasting raw veggies and some extra seasoning added but top ramen it is. Don't even get me started on the green, hard boiled egg they threw on top. I didn't even want to look at it as I tried to eat the ramen around it. I had to wrap it in a napkin. Please don't go here. There is a Carl's Jr. in the parking lot, it's probably wayyy better.

I went into the Wood Village location for the first time tonight. I will never go back! Rude and (I guess) racist. I walked in behind a White woman who was greeted by the clerk and who said they were picking up a go-to order. The clerk said Here you go. Thank you and the person walked out. I had been looking at the menu so I knew what I was going to order. I walked up to the counter and *crickets*. No Hello, no Can I Help You? I looked at the clerk and she was twirling a pen in her hand while staring OVER my shoulder. No eye contact, no what can I get you...Nothing. I stared at her for about a minute and she continued to stare over my shoulder. I just shrugged my shoulders, said you just lost any business from me and turned and walked out. As a 69 year old Black woman, I am very used to micro aggressions but the ones in businesses who would rather lose money than treat me with the common courtesy due any customer is really disappointing, especially when its other POC (which Asians are..) that have probably had the same thing done to them. Shame on you.

The food is not bad for the area, but obviously not the best teriyaki joint I've had,. There's not many food options to eat so here I am. Most of the entrees are priced too high. I could easily pay an $14+ meal that's higher quality elsewhere, however, I will say other items are reasonable. -Baby chicken bowl (sounds so wrong, I hope they call it a mini chicken bowl); a bit on the dry side, but can't complain for the $3.99 price tag-Shrimp tempura; good-Potstickers; good-Cali roll; sizable, reasonably priced, not bad -Curry chicken; probably my favorite item on the menu so far; if you like Japanese curry, you'll like this. Overall, I'd come back for the special-priced items. Service is yet to be desired.

I visit this location often because I love the teriyaki. It's better priced than a few other places on the area. They have a high turnover and occasionally the person who takes my order will give me attitude, but it's never enough to make me stop coming. I did find something in my food that shouldn't have been there, but in a restaurant you're likely to get something extra in your food on occasion. The manager handled it well and offered me a replacement meal or my money back.

Do not order the Mongolian beef! I paid $16 and couldn't even chew one piece! So disappointed and will never be back. Very rude customer service as well, seemed a bit racist towards white people.
