WHEN: Sat @5:45pmWe barely beat the rush coming here, and decided to sit inside due to the heat wave. It's such a lovely restaurant, and I appreciate all the plants in here! It's our first time, and decided to share the following:CLASSIC CHEESEBURGER - $131/4 lb beef, American Cheese, Jojo Sauce, Shredded Lettuce, Pickles, White Onion, Butter Roll.Ahh yesss...solid burger. I appreciate the amount of shredded lettuce in this juicy burger. Add a nice freshness and texture to it. Butter roll was soft to my liking, and I feel like I really could finish this bad boy all by myself!FRIED CHICKEN MELT - $17Cheddar & American Cheese, Coleslaw, Ranch, Crystal Hot Sauce, Shokupan.The description left out the all the wonderful chives that is sprinkled on this unique sandwich. This melt is far from dry, and was enjoyed through and through. The bread is clearly buttered and toasted to perfection, and the chicken inside is tender and the batter was crispy. I'm a cheesehead so thank you for adding more than one kind of cheese. I rec this a lot!The process is ordering at the counter first before seating. But our food came out so fast! Oh boy do they look pretty! I'm glad we are able to pour our own carafe of water so we don't have to bother the staff for more, or make multiple trips to fill our cup!It love the variety of sandwiches here--having it as a burger or melt. They also have plant-based and tofu options! I know they are known for their potato wedges but we had too many fries at this point.

Excellent chicken sandwiches and the jojos are just ok. They're a little too fancy for my taste! I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with jojos and Brussels sprouts. My friend got a standard smash burger and that looked fantastic as well. This place was very reminiscent of Tilt from back in the day. You order at the counter and bring the food to you. The chicken was nice and juicy. Fried very well with a good balance of ranch. The jojos to me were a little too fancy. To be fair my guilty pleasure are the deli food jojos you find at grocery stores. One downside was that there were a lot of flies in the restaurant that were bothersome during our meal.

Really surprised by all the five-star reviews. Food was ok but not great ... definitely nothing special. We had three different sandwiches. They were not "$16 good".I'll be surprised if this place lasts.

Wow what a sandwich. My pharmacist once again she was treating today and handed her phone to me I was immediately drawn to the BLT SANDWICH. I tried to hold back , but I couldn't help it. I added "extra bacon". It was so tasty. Wasn't the traditional BLT. The lettuce was shredded and the bread was a lightly buttered but not too squishy. The tomatoes were fresh and not overripe. And the bacon?? Let's just say I didn't feel guilty after eating it. So much protein and the mayo wasn't glopping off the sandwich like they tend to. She offered to buy me boba too, but I have my own boba alternative now. Would be happy to share if anyone was curious. Maybe I will visit the food truck one day. A++

**We dined at the restaurant NOT the food truck**Delicious and filling meal, wonderful service, and a delightful and relaxing ambiance!We ordered the Mr. Onion Chicken Sandwich, the Jojo's regular, the pb&j cheesecake, the peach berry cobbler, and the Bluecoco sodie. Overall we spent about $45. We enjoyed everything except the desserts. The cobbler was very hard and salty and the cheesecake's peanut butter sauce was not very good. I think this place is much better known for their delicious sandwiches and potato wedges. The inside has plentiful seating, low lighting, and real plants decorating the ceilings. We arrived at 7:30pm on a Monday, it was not crowded and we spent two hours eating and talking. The street parking was free after 7pm, and there were many open spaces. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will come back again.

Excellent lunch/ snack in the Pearl. Perfectly fried chicken thighs, a variety of sauces, and good potatoes. Good beers and nice cocktails. A must if you're in the area. Brunch too on the weekends, with eggs Benedict, breakfast sandwiches, French Toast. Service is great too.

Fried fries for hungry eyes.The Brussel sprout sandwich is marvelous. The way the Brussels were cooked...crispy and the crystal honey glazed on that bad boy. The Alabama white mustard sauce just drips on your plate and that's what makes this sandwich so juicy Don't get me started on the cheese.... It's endless amount of cheese pulled from your mouth to the sandwich.The service is good, but it does take awhile to order. This is an order first then sit down type of place. One thing I do wish is that they'd change their setup of taking orders because it gets super congested by the door and packed. It gets a little awkward cause sometimes you'll be shoulder to shoulder with someone waiting to order and no one exactly knows how to line up in an orderly manner.

Fantastic spot! The staff was incredibly friendly and there are tons of seating options from single tables to larger long tables. As a side, Love the aesthetic, but I'm also partial to plants. Food itself is amazing too. Both my wife and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a shared plate of the Classic Loaded Jojos. honestly the plate of jojo's is definitely large enough to share. The chicken sandwich is amazing. Just the right level of spice, Chicken is still moist, the fry is exceptional, onions are nice contrast in sweetness and sourness, and Bun is nice the fluffy. That being said it does feel a little spendy for just a sandwich, since you do have to order fries on the side essentially.

It's really a good place. Even the vegan items are very well done. I did not like the Brussel Sprouts but it's just a sweeter way of making it that's not for me. But the crunch on the food was solid, the flavor was great, and the dips (even the vegan ones) were so tasty. It's a nice relaxed open atmosphere with great detail and plants. Back to the food, the Jojo tower was so good! The sandwiches were huge and quality ingredients. Even the tofu was tasty which is impressive.

I love when the first thing the server ask when you come into a new place is if it's your first time. Why? Because when it is, you get to see them go through the menu and explain why they love their restaurant... and that was my experience. So one chicken sandwich and fried brussels sprouts later, I was as happy as I could be. I've had a few fried chicken sandwiches and getting that balance of flavor, crunch, and moist chicken isn't easy, but JoJo's hits it. Best I've ever had. Looking forward to my next visit!
