Jersey Mike's Subs

We arrived on a Thursday late morning for a sammy. Service was very friendly and helpful. We got the giant Super Sub, "Mike's way" including the pepper relish.It was great, fresh and far more than we could eat so we brought half the sammy home for later munching.

I like this place. Not the cheapest sub in town, but I never am left hungry or feeling like I didn't get my money's worth. We usually do grubhub for this place, so I don't go in here very often but the food is good! We got two subs, cheesesteak and the number 4; which I love them both. Subway doesn't have anything on this place, but, again, you'll pay a lot more. Delivery is always in a very nice bag and is sealed to prevent tampering (if you know what I mean).

Not sure what's happening with this new crew but they aren't it! We walked out and went next door! The energy from the staff was absent, made no eye contact and the girl making the sandwich ahead of us was pushing her fist into the bread. No rosemary bread was available and it just didn't look appetizing like when they first opened. Super disappointing as I was craving their sandwich all day.

The staff is extremely wonderful, the place is always neat and I've always been served the freshest food. I come here a few times out the month and the 122nd location is definitely the best! Andrew is a rockstar whom made me my own custom sandwich and I LOVE IT!! Give them all a raise for the hard work and dedication they all put into this establishment. - Monty C

There were 4 people working the day me and my friend came in. They took our order and the woman's after us. It was 10 minutes before they started working on our order. 3 workers were standing around or stocking. They filled the woman's order before even starting on ours. The Philly Cheese was great! I feel they could have been more efficient.

Every time I come to this location, the staff has communication problems between each other, attitude towards customers, delays in filling online orders, and orders for other customers are filled long before mine. The soda dispenser is out of multiple sodas and the tables and floors are a mess! They drastically need an overhaul on their customer service and the way this location functions.

Pleasantly surprised at how good their Cheesesteak sandwich is. I have yet to try the chicken version. But it will be difficult to not order the traditional every time. I'm picky when it comes to cheese steaks...There are a few good spots in PDX but mostly kinda meh. Jersey Mike's goes on my list of 3 fave Cheese steak joints in the 503

I have been here several times and things have always been great. But today, I ordered 4 sandwiches and only got 3. To add on to it every sandwich was wrong. When we called to tell them we were missing one, they didn't care, (when we told the girl the problem she even went on to say I'm busy) it was a what are we supposed to do about it kind of vibe. As someone who frequents this location this experience as a whole was extremely disappointing.

I never go to this location , Its like a bunch of kids running it that don't have a clue , The guy that made our sub was out smoking then walked in and didn't even wash his hands gross they are VERY VERY slow I don't get it and its dirty we call this the getto Jersey mikes

Your sandwiches are good but the location on 122nd and Halsey is ghetto. Bro, working, literally reached over the counter while ringing me up and put his phone number into the card reader and took my reward Points. I don't even know what to say about that y'all ghetto. SMH
