First time there today. Kinda quirky as expected, but still fantastic. Possibly the best chicken ceasar salad I've ever had.

Randomly stopped in to meet a friend for a drink. She comes here quite often and it was my first time there. Very interesting area. There is also video poker in the next room. Bartender was nice and friendly. Service was great. Only had drinks so I'm not sure how the food is.

Well, a palace it was not! However it was an easy in and out on our way to a Portland event. The place was spacious, comfortable and full of regulars on a Sunday night. The waitress was friendly, efficient and the food pleasantly presented. Two of us had burgers and two had chicken sliders on Hawaiian rolls. The food was excellent and cooked to our liking! The bar- in a separate space was crowded. A few pinball machines, a separate Lottery/casino space were available in the restaurant. The restroom was in serious need of service, and though we noticed several waitstaff were in and out- nothing was swept and the paper towels not refilled ( eek... did they even WASH their hands?) Would we eat there again? Not likely.

Not a bad place. My first time here since it was Waddles. We played Video games mostly. Mohogany who is the bartender was really nice. We did not eat but the food looked pretty good. I played some Kiss pinball machine. They got Golden Tee and a pool table too. I might come back to play some pinball again. lol

We stopped here on our trip to the Pacific northwest only because of their huge sign on I-5 northbound just before going over the bridge into Vancouver, Washington. I had the fried chicken (thigh) sandwich and it was average size and very tasty. Bartender was very nice as we sat at the bar for lunch. Very clean restaurant/restrooms and plenty of indoor seating. There is very small casino in the back for those that like to gamble. There is a nightclub on the other side so don't turn around if you see a "no minor" sign as you walk to the building from the parking lot.

Some say the building is cursed as both Waddles and Hooters failed, but think about how long each was there for? It is not cursed; it is just that times changed. In a time where restaurants in Jantzen Beach are closing as frequently as the weather changes, we're lucky anything new is opening here. Stanford's, Cracker Barrell, Red Lobster are already gone, BJ's is closing on February 21st, the place is the Death Valley of restaurants. You can argue amongst yourselves about the socio-economic reasons for it.We are here to talk about chicken however, and that is what this place is all about. And not your healthy chicken either, this is fried and served with fried stuff on the side. You can opt for a Caesar salad on the side if you really feel the need for a veggie, but again, that's not what this place is all about. Are you thirsty? This place is also a bar! Alcohol and fried stuff, as natural a pair as the Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson. The service is always good, they really are interested in giving you a good experience. I've tried the sandwich, the tenders and this last visit the spicy tenders. The spicy tenders were amazing! The tots and fries are tasty and salted just right. Health minded people need not apply here, this is for people living their lives in the fried lane. And what's wrong with a fried meal every now and then? Everything in moderation, right?

This place is the old Hooters, my wife and I thought we would give it a try. Let's just say.....HARD PASS next time we are in the area. The inside still looks like it's a Hooter's, the customer service from our server was WACK and non existent after we got our food. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food...overcooked chicken on my chicken sandwich. The "chunky dunkers" were over fried....just a big no no....avoid!

We got the Chunky Dunkies (Chicken Nuggets). My partner didn't like them because they aren't crunchy but I liked them a lot. They taste kind-of like buttermilk breaded chicken tenders. The server was nice and it seemed lively at 10:30pm.

First timer with no expectations, I LOVED this place, mostly due to the cool bartender lady. Cheap cocktails (i'll be loyal just from that!) and good chicken and lots of things to game on inside. GREAT atmosphere, the bartender lady couldnt have been nicer / better / more helpful.

Be careful ladies. I stopped at JayBee's Chicken Palace on my way home. The area and establishment felt a little like meth central. When I got back in my car, one of the 'patrons' tried to get in through my passenger door. He tried the handle a couple of times. Since I felt unsafe, I had locked the doors as soon as I was in the car. If I hadn't, this guy would have gotten in my car with me. Not sure what would have happened if he had gotten in
