First time to Jam! Quick and easy sign in and not a long wait at all. It is nice that there is a window to order drinks to enjoy while you are waiting. Loved the inside - lots of seating but enough room between tables so you can carry on a conversation. Nice outdoor seating as well. Our service - from sign in to seating to service - was great!Food was delicious!!!!! Price was super reasonable. Definitely will go back and am looking forward to it.

I LOVE this spot.If you don't come early, especially on a weekend there can be a bit of a wait but it is totally worth it! During the summer months I've seen a produce spot pop up across from them and I love going there while I wait.Their wait times are pretty accurate, and they text you to let you know when your table is ready and to check in.Every time I've come here, service has been friendly and quick. They check in with you a few times throughout the meal but never make you feel like they're hovering or trying to get you out faster.I've never had a bad drink, haven't had a dish I didn't like and never had anyone I've brought here complain! The place has ample seating inside and a smaller area outside. They've got music playing, it's very open concept, lots of plants and high ceilings. The spot is decorated with local art you can buy, and they have cute bathrooms which are always clean! They also have bar access outside so you can enjoy a drink while you wait, it's the same spot you can pick up your to go order at which is on the opposite side of the outdoor seating area.I just can't say enough about how great this spot is.

The food here is always amazing, I appreciate they have gluten free options. The GF pancakes are the fluffiest and delicious. Cocktails are mostly decent. The bloody Mary's are consistently delicious, but the coffee drinks often lack flavor. Also thumbs down on the paper straws. Watching my toddler dissolve a straw with his drool at the breakfast table is not my idea of a good time. However the service is very hit or miss. It seems the staff either are friendly and you have a great time, or they're cold and unfriendly and everything feels awkward. This is definitely a place you go to for the food, not the service.

ok food, saw it tends to be packed on weekends and fortunately, we were able to get there and beat the rush. We got our food fairly quickly and service was great. Although I must say, not all the items we ordered were a hit. I ordered a basic breakfast which was good and my friend ordered the one with the first which he said he didn't like very much because the food was a little dry. It may have not been the best choice for a breakfast item, but overall wanted to try something new, so mission accomplished

Pretty good food, I enjoyed bites of everything at my table, except the biscuits and gravy, something tasted weird with the sausage in the gravy. Service was friendly... On the slow side but they were super busy. I really enjoyed the toast the bread seemed home made.

This food was so delicious, definitely the best Benedict I have ever had. They have so many vegan and vegetarian friendly options, I can see why they have been voted Portlands best breakfast multiple years in a row. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. We would love to come here again!

We came on a weekday morning for brunch, we still waited for a table. Even though we needed to wait outside, where it was a bit chilly, they were efficient in getting people inside and fed. Our food was delicious, the service was wonderful. I have never tried a golden milk and I got the experience there.

Driven by this place so many times, always saw a line, but never tried it until recently. We've been missing out! Service was a bit slow but it was worth waiting for our drinks and food. My partner was expecting the Grand Marnier French Toast to have grand marnier in the soak, but it seemed to only be in the sauce. Still enjoyed it thoroughly. The seasonal butternut squash bennie sounded like it could be a little too left field for me but I love butternut squash and took a chance. So glad I did. The cheesy grits were so fluffy and tender. If you like your grits on the ... gritty side, it might not be for you. The pint of mimosa was huge and I wish I had time to finish it. Service was a bit slow so we were pressed for time as we needed to head back to Seattle. Next time we'll plan for a more leisurely brunch here.

The service was impecable, servers were diligent with describing the Steelhead Hash to me, environment was a home inside a home, so comforting. I drank the Kombucha Coco Oolong and OOUU Lord, the taste was nothing like Phoenix. Definitely recommend
