Very nice service with amazing food. I order the 2pc w/fires and the fresh hand cut fries were amazing! Including the crispy chicken tenders. I had to check it out when I see the "fresh hand cut fries" would definitely come back.

Had a great meal there a couple of years ago but tonight it was inedible. Supposed cod pieces looked like frozen fish sticks. The texture was like watery mashed potatoes and they were entirely flavorless. French fries were equally bad and the Cole Slaw was also watery. A total disappointment. What a shame.

Just terrible business owner. No advertised hours. Phone doesn't work. The food cart isn't even marked. Google says it opened but it never is. I'm just gonna mark it permanently closed and then maybe owner might figure it out and put the correct Hours of operation if there is one. And remove the bogus phone number.

Was craving fish n chips and was glad we discovered this blue cart! Crispy batter for 4 decent pieces. Got the combo 1 with Fries to go. Comes with Cole slaw on the side and dipping sauces. Minimal wait time. Seating right out front. Good bang for your buck!

the fish was a decent size, the breading crisp and not greasy, but pretty bland. the coleslaw bland also. the chips were normal crinkly fries, but done decently. the clams were very sweet and tasty--they looked dark but were not burnt. pretty stingy on the sauces, with barbecue instead of ketchup.

Good food but no masks in the kitchen. We are two years into this. It's not that hard. If they don't follow this health law, what other health codes do they choose to ignore? I will not eat here again if they can't put a little effort and care for the community in. Which is a shame because it's good fish and chips.

It saddens me to have to write this poor review. I've had the halibut fish & chips delivered several times. Granted, it's been a year since the last time. The biggest draw to me is always the tater tots instead of fries. I was worried when the description says "tater tots or equivalent". But I'd been craving it for a week so I took a chance. Im sorry, but under fried grocery store frozen crinkle fires are not equivalent to tater tots. The fish, as always is very well prepared and delicious, but the tots are such a great way for them to distinguish themselves from other fish & chips restaurants. Lost opportunity, J&W, because I probably won't "take a chance" again.

This is the first time I've had "restaurant-prepared food" since February because I've been cooking at home because of the pandemic. This food cart is part of a pod of about seven food carts placed out on an outdoor patio. Ron and I thought fish and chips sounded delicious so that's what we ordered from Wolf, the proprietor of the cart. Ron hunted down another cart who served iced tea and purchased some for us. We really had to laugh at Wolf. He saw our iced tea and went right down and bought himself a glass and saluted us with his full glass.The food we ordered was very fresh and delicious and plentiful (three cod filets, French fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce) and all this food cost $11 a plate which I found to be a very reasonable price. Wolf also offers clam strips and prawns for about the same price and offers these ingredients in sandwich form. I'm stuffed right now as I write this review. Before we left, we washed our hands at a very clean outdoor hand-washing station, and I noted employees of other food carts actively engaged in cleaning. Although we took the bus to get here, there is a fenced-off parking lot and there is plenty of street parking available. We did not use the restroomsIf you want some very fresh fish dishes, I really recommend this fine cart. Ron and I really enjoyed our time there.
