One of our favorite spots in Redding. Great cocktails, amazing service, and cool vibes. I'm particular about my old fashioneds and they make one of my favorites!

if you don't own a 4b craftsman's/bungalow in alameda, drive a bmw/audi, or have a labradoodle then don't expect great service. they know their usual clientele and cater to them first. expect to be cut in line and ignored if you don't meet the above criteria. the star is solely for the fact that they serve Montucky

Exactly the thing I wanted when I was in Portland a little while back--a neighborhood restaurant/bar with chill vibes and great food. It's not the kind of place you would really know about, but I fired up the app here and it did not disappoint. Parking was a little rough (this is deep neighborhood, but on the main drag) so I ended up a few blocks away.I ordered inside with the bartender, then snagged a spot on the patio. I'm a sucker for both a patio and a Cubano and both of them were delightful, if not unexpected.The week's work had me worn out so I retired early. It's pretty convenient to order and pay first, so I just got to skedaddle and relish in a good Cubano and a nice end to a PDX trip.

Hi-Top Tavern is the place to be as a Beaumont-Wilshire Millennial on a Friday night. I'm a Gen-X'er myself, so I don't have the finances to make a night out at a cocktail bar a carefree experience, but that's not a fair metric to grade an establishment on so a 5-star it is!The drinks were PERFECT, the patio had an amazing vibe to it, and the Bartender was surprisingly speedy given he had a full bar and was virtually alone. Portland is famous for its small watering holes that cater to a local clientele, and Hi-Top Tavern may be the best example of that "Downtown-taste-but-small-neighborhood" feel. Will definitely return on my next trip to Portland.

Yes, please!- Pork sliders were messy but well prepared - Bartenders are friendly and very helpful in food selectionCons:- can get quite crowded at times (it's a bar!) so need to get there early to beat the rushOverall:Will visit again. Food and service have been mostly consistent with minor hiccups.

Came in to escape the rain and learned this is one of the few bars open past midnight. We were able to get drinks quite fast. Since it was Cinco de Mayo, Margaritas were a must. The servers were very friendly and the prices were fair. Very surprised by how big the place was compared to what you see from the outside. We settled in to on the back heated patio and watched the last quarter of the basketball game. Best surprise of the night was a curious raccoon that came to visit us several times, I named Ricky.

This bar (and specifically patio area) is a super cute area to enjoy a drink on a summer day. The nachos, despite being a little bit overpriced in my opinion, were delicious My drink was also very good and nothing like i've ever had before. Dogs are welcome and even encouraged also which I love. Definitely one of my favorite patios in Portland.

Great bar!! Bartenders all are very friendly and experienced and have been there many years. That has to speak for itself. Food is excellent too. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Fantastic outdoor patio, very spacious. A very cool place to eat and drink.

I want you know one thing , everything popcorn . It's incredible and a must try . It's completely addictive and a great bar food with your drink .
