Happy Hollow Pizzeria

A delicious pizza and beer lunch. My first visit to Happy Hollow. My bartender friendly and spot on service. While I only had a beer, the bar looks amply stocked for cocktails. Wood fired pizza delicious and served quick. Menu pretty extensive beyond pizza. Definitely a new spot to visit in "HV"

Let's start with parking. There is plenty. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing with a rustic feeling. The background music is gentle. The service is top notch and patient. The happy hour prices are excellent. The best part is the pizza. In addition to it being ready in 90 seconds, it is very delicious. This is our favorite new hangout and happy valley.

Pizza was great!!! The restaurant was not busy at all because we went a little early in the afternoon. It was in between the lunch and dinner rush window so we dined in a nice chill atmosphere. We got a couple of IPA's, Ceasar salad, and a margherita pizza. The pizza was perfect. The crust was thin and cooked nicely from the wood stone oven the cheeses were ooey gooey and yummy on the red sauce. The basil was chopped and not in its whole form of a leaf! The crust had a nice crunch. The Ceasar salad was alright. Nothing to rave about, but it was green enough for me to enjoy.

The service was good...I was doing take out and the hostess was prompt and polite.Looked like a nice interior, inviting in which to eat and drink.Pizza...not our style at all. Doughy and mostly undercooked...we like crisp and crunchy, so our fault for picking Neapolitan. The cheese was excessive, which caused an oily film on top. The cheese overwhelmed the flavor of the sauce and the topping. If you like the softer crust, you might like this.

This was the first pizza I had tried when living in OR and it was fantastic. Got a simple pepperoni and basil at a great price and it was totally worth every penny. I didnt get to eat inside but it seemed very clean and the staff were very nice and attentive.

I have tied this place with the family a few times. Ordering is walk up, so you have to wait in line. The pizza is good with plenty of variety and flavor. Its not may favorite pizza in the area, but they have wall full of cold beers and it plenty of space for big groups. The margaritas is my fav and the pepperoni. I know it's the basics but the pepperoni is a little spicy and I like that. I have tried most of the pizzas and they are all good just depends a on what you like. I recommend ordering at least two pizzas. Besides who doesn't like cold pizza the next day?!

Cute place for a family setting. Their sandwiches are great. Good ambiance for kids as well.

We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come over to the restaurant side to seat us. The bar was somewhat busy and the restaurant had one other table occupied. Once we finally got seated, our waitress was very pleasant and prompt and followed up with us. Both our pizzas were great. We always order well done so our crusts have a charred finish, which we like and this did not disappoint. What distracted our meal was the flies hovering around our food, so much, that we had to cover the pizza with napkins to keep them away! This was indoors with no doors or windows open. We've been here many times for the great pizzas, but usually do takeout. Will probably stick with that in the future.

It's no wonder this place is always dead. Their staff is rude, impolite and aggressive. Not to mention the food is sub par. The red headed "bartender" has been disrespectful on many occasions. With family visiting and to us local guests. It goes without saying...if you hate your job, find a new one....because it clearly shows.

I do not understand why this place is not more packed?! The wood fire pizza is delicious and has a fun ambiance!
