On 07/24 around 5:50pm the person working out a "be back in 10 mins" sign up since he was backed up with orders. At one point, he poked his head out and said he would be taking orders in 10 mins. That's fineHowever, I ended up waiting 40+ mins to order. This is frustrating and misleading.

Grilla Cheese is a good twist on a childhood favorite. I got there Grilla Cheese Burger. The burger was juicy and well seasoned, it blended extremely well with the 2 enormous grilled cheese sandwiches for buns. I would recommend either an over easy egg, bacon, avocado, or an extra patty, maybe all of them. Lol.

first time visit yesterday.We decided on a Smash Burger (2x patties with cheese, grilled onions) and it might be the best burger we have found in the area.Definitely a SMASH burger...crisp and caramelized. Cheese was not overbearing, had nice favor. Onions were well cooked and tasty. Nice buns as well.We will continue to visit Grilla, maybe even expand to the fries next time.

Took a break from my at least once a week Thai Sunflowers...Prompt service, new spot...Got the special they had, pork was great and tender...good sauce, crisp bacon, delicious onions...very filling, made it into two meals...fries were solid...will for sure come back...forgot how awesome grilled cheese is!!!

The food is great, the problem is the owners are lazy. Been here three days in a row and they are "sold out" of 90% of their menu. The only thing you can get consistently is a cheeseburger with tomatoes and Mayo and sometime fries, but they are even out of that 50% of the time. My guess is they will be out of business by the end of the year. They either don't prep anything in advance other than ground beef or can't afford to offer almost their entire menu.
