Disappointed !It seemed to me that something has changed.Portions were small, patty melt patties very small, fish sandwich only had one small strip of fish on it lots of bun.not what we we were used to.Flavor was ok just didn't seem the same.I'll give it one more try if it's the same as last time I won't be back.Very sad I loved this place.

Used to really love this place... it has really gone down hill :( Ordered a burger, fries, and shake. Worst burger I've ever had, honestly almost spit it out. Fries were okay, but crazy salty. Milkshake was the only good thing here, I will say it was a damn good shake. To make sure it wasn't a fluke we actually went back, my boyfriend got the burger this time, and he couldn't believe had bad it was compared to a few years ago. He only ate about 2 bites before he tossed it. Service is hit or miss, sometimes they're nice, sometimes not so much. I would really only go here for a milkshake if you really want to go, but I would definitely recommend Lews instead. :( Bring back good granny's!

My family and I stopped in after a long drive back from camping. My brother and his wife ordered their food then we ordered ours. We sat outside and patiently waited. My brother and sister in law got their food, but not their shake. My sister mentioned to the kid that she didn't get her shake. He said I'm bringing it with the other shakes and Sunday. Which was weird because that was our order (a separate order). So they ate their food and we still haven't received ours. Another family shows up orders and sits by us. We continue to patiently wait because we know they're busy and the fryers are down. It's now been 45 minutes the other family gets their food. I ask the guy (same guy who took our order) and he says yes you have the 4 juniors. So now he's acknowledged our order twice. Now I'm pretty annoyed. I go inside and no one has any idea what I'm talking about or where my order is. I show him my receipt and he says very rudely, he doesn't know what happened. My husband comes in pretty pissed off and says "I want my money back!". The same kid is still very rude and says there's nothing he can do! My husband is very annoyed and walks out saying "Just give my wife my money back!". The kids still says No I can't do anything for you. Now I'm pretty annoyed because he is very rude and doesn't seem to care at all. I said I know you can give my money back because we just watched you give another lady her money back and I want to talk to the manager. He says no one can help you. I said give me the owners number he said he doesn't know it but I can come back tomorrow for a refund. I say no way I live in Milwaukie and I'm not coming back tomorrow. Finally after about 10 minutes he sends a lady out. She was very helpful and polite. She said they lost some orders and she understands how we feel and she would feel the same way. I said I'm sorry we know they were having problems but that kid didn't need to treat us that was. She refunded my money and we left. My kids are still hungry!! and 2 of our group of 6 got food! I grew up in Estacada and have never been treated this was at Granny's. This was my favorite restaurant as a teen and young adult and my brother and I wanted to show my family the place we grew up with. As I was leaving I saw the owners email address posted on the counter for questions or concerns. I emailed them but got no response. They obviously don't care about customer service at all. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

Absolutely amazing I can definitely see why this burger place shows up on the map before any other business in the local area. It's absolutely essential to the environment and should be given historical status even though I have no idea how long it's been around... I'd like to voucher this place that I've been going to for one day with my life and guarantee your joy of this as well... I didn't go for the gimmicky fancy burgers instead, I choose to have my burgers in quantitative amounts of bags. Therefore, on this trip, I acquired a bag of cheeseburgers along with a bag of corn dogs and a bag of fries, and they were kind enough to put all of these bag items into another bag, all of which were completely soaked through with delicious God's grease... I will say being that this is an original religious establishment. I don't say that with any disrespect only the other moat respect is given here, knowing that they put quality into their food and the fact that four people can eat bags of delicious items for under $25 is truly unmatched these days

This is a great little spot in the Estacada area. It's got great little burgers it's got a cone for $1.05 for kids which is amazing and the Customer Service is outstanding. The milkshakes have fresh fruit and fresh ingredients and they are delicious. If you're in the Estacada area and you wanna stop by a cool little diner, vibe restaurant with great classic music very calm small town feel this is the place to be.

Terrible!!Baseball game at local school only place close by for pickup ordered on line for a bunch of hungry kids and parents playing in a baseball tournament went to pick up missing food paid extra for sauces missing ! Sloppy burgers put together with dry ingredients! To make it worse called to tell them missing fry's and sauce They told us to come back then we did and basically called us liars ! No money back or our fry's !! Will not ever support this place ! Food Overpriced and Horrible!! Drove all that way to get ripped off!!

Really good fast food and excellent very courteous waitstaff! We had the cheeseburgers and tater tot's and a chocolate shake and a salted caramel shake.The salted caramel shake was to die for! My husband really liked his chocolate shake as well! Definitely will be coming back!!

Sadly, would have been 5 stars but we showed up and were told they don't take their Granny Bucks anymore... Sucks as we visit when we visit family.Also, their online ordering didn't work and all we were told by the teenage girl was, "The owners control that, we have nothing to do with it..."

I've never been here but I'm not waiting what looks like 15 minutes for the drive thru.Have read the reviews by people and honestly...SHUT YOURSELF DOWN!People need to be more curious and not call their customers.. liars?!Really?Customers make an order you better do it right!Smh.

Born and raised in Estacada. Been to Grannys my whole life and it used to be ok. Went last night, the girl at the window had horrible customer service, I just let it go but after thinking about it all night, and allowing it to keep me from my slumber, I decided to review. Second piece, got the lumberjack, 2 patties, one raw, one over cooked. I would've rather had both straight off the cows loins. All jokes aside I never post reviews but but this had me praying for serenity
