As a chicken wing enthusiast, "Fire on the Mountain" in Oregon had been on my must-visit list for a while. I finally made the trip from Las Vegas just to try their famous wings, and it was absolutely worth it!The Thai peanut wings were my favorite, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. But honestly, every flavor I tried was amazing. The restaurant had a great vibe, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even better.If you're a wing lover like me, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back for more!

Came here with my husband for dinner. Service is definitely not your typical restaurant service. There's an Asian guy who works the bar that would be asked a question, but wouldn't look at you. We needed something & asked if he worked there (since they're dressed in normal clothes.) he said "yep" & kept on walking by. He didn't even look at us or ask if we needed anything. It pissed me off so bad. Other than that we were only asked once by someone else if everything was going good. The food was okay. Pretty fresh, but we only had their wings & onion rings. The place was super packed. Lots of seating.

If ya want wings! This is the place! We decided it was a wing sort of day. My daughter wife and I decided let's hit up FOTM!!!So we set out as usual. No wait, Sat is right away! We ordered standard Honey BBQ, Spicy Peanut and the Mild & Flavor of the month was a Lemon Pepper. Absolutely delicious! My favorite is the Spicy Peanut and if you've never been you have to come and take a bite! You won't regret it. They have excellent Beer on tap for choices as well. I'm not a big drinker but the options are really open and have a great selection. So if you're wanting some delicious wings, fries and burgers! FIRE ON THE MOUNTAIN is the place to curb that craving.

First time here after having always heard about this place. Was in the area and passed them and had to give it a try. This is legit wings and fries for sure and a great blue cheese dressing too. Had the buffalo sauce medium and the Thai peanut on other half of wings. Oh... so good! I'll be back to try them again.

Fire on the Mountain has quickly become my go to spot when I visit PDX. I'm obsessed! As a creature of habit, I always get their sauce drenched tenders or salads and wowwwww. I've tried all my family or friends food each time we go, incredible sandwhiches and wings. Service is always friendly and pretty quick. The vibe is warm and inviting, like you're just among friends. Highly recommend checking out FOTM and grabbing some delicious wings while in Portland.

These wings are next-level! I get them dry with the sauce on the side--super crispy, juicy, and just right. The sauces are amazing--El Jefe brings the heat, and Raspberry Habanero is a sweet, spicy dream. And don't sleep on the tots--they're crispy perfection, especially when you dunk them in that sauce. Honestly, every bite is a win!

Really like this location! The pizza is fantastic and the fries are much better than the Burnside location(not burned-yay!). Only reason I removed a star is that they require the bar to service any alcoholic drinks and even when the place is empty, you can wait for a very long time for even one beer. Also, during the Summer anyway, there are a lot of flies to combat. Only other thing is that they definitely scrimp on the wing sauce. Sometimes barely any on the wings at all.

I like the calzone. The crust is good, you can pick your fillings and I always need a little extra marinara.

Just OK. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and they served it with jerk sauce.the Jerk sauce wasn't bad but it tasted odd with blue cheese. At least my vegan eating son enjoyed his boneless vegan wings.

Was testing this restaurants, for I keep reading reviews from people I know. For, my plan was to bring my group here for lunch, one day.We found a seat for two, and it was already filled, and noisy. But, we haven't been here before, and there was no sign that says: Please Wait to be Seated.So, we just helped ourselves to a seat. We didn't know, we need to order FIRST. We can not reserve seats, is what the staff told us, once they saw us go in & seat ourselves.We ordered a house salad, and picked Sesame Ginger Dressing. We both liked the flavor, and the salad was fresh, but the leaves were too long, and being the neat-freak eater we are, we couldn't find or wait for a staff to give us a knife, until we're 90% done. We also ordered 5 plain chicken tenders, but hubby was only able to eat 4. Took one home. The tenders came with 4 different dipping sauces. He liked 3 of them but not the medium buffalo sauce. Too hot of our taste! We also ordered Chicken Wrap with Mild Sauce. The first bite I had, was too hot, I was assuming, they only put it in the center of the wrap. Only then, I thought . . . this is not the place to bring picky-eaters, specially my grandchildren, who like me, hated anything spicy!The restroom was clean, but well worn (seen a lot of use). The servers were all very friendly.DYK: the best part of our meal was the FRIES! This is something everyone would agree on, and I asked the staff what's in the fries: Sugar & Salt! Whaaaat? Now you know!Negatives: Took too long for our food to arrive, but the restaurant was very busy, it was Saturday.Not for groups! They don't take reservations!
