We go for the Bacon Jam Smashburger: it is the best burger we have had in the greater Portland area! The loaded fries are great, too! Service...outstanding. Quick for dine in or take-out. Easy to stop for a quick lunch or dinner.It a simple clean interior...nothing fancy.I highly recommend you give it a try.

I don't normally write review updates this soon, but after several follow-up visits to Fire Foods, I think this is my new fav in Molalla! Since my last review, they have made it all ordered at the counter, which saves confusion -- but don't let ordering at the counter fool you into thinking that tipping is unwarranted... because the service is outstanding, and always friendly. I even witnessed one of the servers carry a to-go order out for an elderly gentleman, and was going to open the car door for him, but he beat her to it. Best customer service of any restaurant in town.My go-to is still the Okie Burger, but on my last visit, I tried the Crispy Chicken Fried Rice -- and I was very pleased. The chicken fillet was thin, but perfectly cooked, with a nice, crisp, delicious coating -- I loved the textural contrast of the crisp chicken and the fluffy fried rice. The fried rice was excellent on its own, but the crispy chicken just took it to a whole 'nutha level.Such a welcome addition to the Molalla food scene!

Tried out Fire Foods today and will definitely be back! Our server Julie was super friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. We ended up getting a couple smash burgers and the ground pork and basil stir fry. The burgers were perfectly seasoned and the perfect ratio of toppings to burger. The homemade sauce is delicious! The stir fry was also excellent. I loved that they fried the basil crisp while the meat and veggies had a little bit of sauce to drizzle over the rice. We like spicy but I thought it was really smart how they had a visual aid for how much Thai chilies are in each spice level.We will definitely be back to try more on the menu!

This lovely little restaurant was amazing! The smash burgers were delicious ( my husband and son keep talking about them, still! ) I tried the Drunken Noodles with a little spice added and it was perfect. The service was polite, attentive and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for families who have picky eaters because the burgers and fries are great and the asian dishes are so good! It's the best of both worlds.

Waited a couple of weeks before visiting and trying out Fire Foods. You won't be disappointed, the flavor is on point, service is great, Thank you Julia ( Fire Foods ) The atmosphere was much different when we had it, very modern, clean, and inviting. If you have tried them out, I highly recommend you do so. We tried what most people have tried Lao Sausage and the Drunken Noodles ;-) I hope they continue to expand their menu selection over time or change out items for new items... ;-)

I've been to Fire Foods twice now and this is just what Molalla needed. Though there's nothing really extraordinary with the food, it tasted great. The first time my wife and I went to Fire Foods we were in the mood for some asian food. We had the Drunken Noodles, the Green Bean Stir-Fry, and some Fried Rice. Honestly, it tasted great. Yes, you can get more authentic food in downtown Portland, but when you want something local it hits the spot. Sometimes you just don't want bar food. This was the answer to that. The second time my wife and I went to Fire Foods we wanted to try the burgers. We went simple with the Single Smashburger and it tasted great! It was served on a soft brioche bun, with a perfectly cooked burger patty, American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, raw onion, burger sauce, and no tomato on mine. This was a tasty burger! Looking forward to trying the Okie Onion Smashburger next time. This place is certainly cleaner than the previous tenant and the service here has always been really wonderful. Everyone working there seems happy to be there. Honestly, everyone is just really pleasant. If you're in Mollalla, head over to Fire Foods. You won't be disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised by Molalla's newest addition. The food was delicious and the service was over the top! The owners were so friendly. The part that really set my experience over the top was that a couple minutes after they brought me my Pad Thai the owner came out and apologized because the cook realized they forgot to put the peanuts on and she brought me some to sprinkle on top. I honestly wouldn't have even noticed (though it did make the dish that much better with them) but the thing that hit home for me was the attention to detail and quality. The cook really has to care to even think about the minor oversight and they had the humility to make it right. We will definitely be back to try the other half of the menu. Their burgers look amazing!

Food and service unparalleled. Thai and smash burgers? In Molalla? In my mind, I said "no way". But the reviews were so positive we took a chance and tried it. We were not disappointed! The food was fresh, perfectly seasoned and superbly executed. It's a Friday night so I was hoping for a cocktail but didn't see that they offered any alcohol on their menu. Again, pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw they offer a nice selection of cocktails and beer. We enjoyed a perfect Friday dinner at the bar. I can't wait to return to try a smash burger. Believe it or not they look amazing!Bonus... The owner was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and efficient. It's clear she cares about running her business well. Thank you!
