How is it that this restaurant is empty except for our table at 11:00 AM on a beautiful Sunday morning? Both the pork belly hash and the chilaquiles entries were good enough that I am pretty sure they should be illegal, give what I can only describe as an extextremely l addictive taste and texture... pure breakfast heaven!! Staff are gracious and attentive, and food preparation time certainly reflected the lack of other hungry customers.Come on, my East County peeps, you have to try this place to know what I am talking about!

Pleasant substantial amount of shrimp in Alfredo.Chipotle linguine was sufficient.The tacos were fair. Chips were decent.Beer was cold :)Service was adequate.Atmosphere was clean.

My friends and I went there to celebrate a birthday party. I had drove by this little place in downtown Gresham often and wanted to check it out, especially after seeing those menu. The birthday girl and I ordered the chefs special which was picanha with chimmichuri, mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. This dish was delicious, rich, and filing. That cut of meat and how it was prepared was fantastic and melted in your mouth. One of my friends ordered the New York steak, no potatoes and extra veggies and the other two ordered the asada plate that came with beans, rice and tortillas. They all really liked their dishes. We also shared the ceviche with shrimp, mahi and octopus. It was fresh and cooked perfectly. Some places over cook the octopus, making it tough but not this place, the octopus was so tender. The chips that came with it were thick, salty and crunchy, great for scooping up the ceviche. I'm glad this place opened up in Gresham, we need more nice restaurants out here. I look forward to going again to try more dishes and I will definitely be taking more friends and family here so they can try this place out.

Since my first 5-star review, I've really enjoyed Elixir Mezcaleria and am so glad they are in Gresham. Unfortunately, after their recent menu update, I need to remove a star. They previously had a well-highlighted section of the menu with vegetarian options -- including a stuffed poblano with the most amazing potatoes. The new menu is missing options for vegetarians (though there are a few seafood/fish options such as fish or shrimp tacos, which are solid).I still would recommend this, but just can't go for that 5th star until they iterate on the menu to provide some vegetarian options again.

Been in a few occasions. First time a little disappointed Came in towards the end of the weekend breakfast. Only one other couple there.Ordered the pork belly hash. Came out pretty quickly. Comes with a tasty sauce. Sadly the rest was only so so Comes with potato cubes, didn't taste freshly made. Two poached eggs, undercooked some.Biggest issue for me was the pork belly. These come in chunks of various sizes. Uniformly tough. Got a couple of sizable chunks of pure unrendered fat. Wife's bacon scramble was OK. cheese barely melted Very nice people

Had a looong day so ordered take out from this outstanding restaurant. I had eaten there before and absolutely fell in love with their octopus ceviche. Lime, crunchy cucumber and other veggies, spice,fresh herbs, tender octopus. Its a must have. Ordered it again as well as as something I had not tried ( chipotle fettuccine alfredo with shrimp). Turned out to be another wonderful choice. Creamy with a nice spice level and perfectly cooked shrimp. This is going to be my go to Mexican restaurant from now on. Parking is an issue and I had to circle the block a couple of times while my spouse ran in to pick up the food.

All the things you want at a restaurant - friendly service, delicious cocktails, excellent food, and clean/not cluttered surroundings. My husband and I were so thrilled with our meal. We started with margaritas which were delicious, they were made with mezcal so had an kick. The taquitos were amazing, hot, and crunch. We both got the fried chicken sandwiches which were also very good. Our waitress was hostess, waitress and bartender and did an amazing job. We would go back! Thanks for a nice evening.

My new favorite spot in downtown Gresham!! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious (seriously) and affordable. You can tell there is love put into the food. The service was also fantastic! Ambiance is nice, not overly lit or loud, clean and chic. This place deserves to thrive.
