Careless in the kitchen.I ordered here specifically because they do a great job of marking items on their menu as gluten free and offer gluten free bread for most of their sandwiches.I ordered their pastrami Reuben with the gluten free bread. The door dasher had to wait a while for the order - seemed like the kitchen was disorganized - and wouldn't you know it, when my order finally arrived, it was NOT made with gluten free bread. Please don't offer items to accommodate those with dietary restrictions if your kitchen staff are too poorly trained and/or careless to adhere to them.I'm lucky in this case that the normal bread for this sandwich is easily distinguishable based on appearance alone. But I was left without a meal as a result of their mistake and won't be ordering here again unless they fix their issues.

Atmosphere: Bright, spacious atmosphere with a little market attached. More of a fast-casual type setupFood: The elephant's cure soup is a standout. Really delicious and one of my favorites. The turkey reuben wasn't as good.Price: Some of the sandwiches are a bit steep. Soup is reasonable. Overall, probably a bit pricier than it should be but the food is reasonableService: DecentParking: I think there is a parking lot. Otherwise street parking

The tomato bisque was seriously the best I've ever had and everyone working there seemed to love their job which made us love being there.

Awesome place! Lots of free parking. Operates like a food hall with multiple stations. Hot and cold sandwiches, pizza, pasta, seafood and more. Specialty cheeses and salads as well. Lots of great choices, lots of room. Everything is very tasty!Staff super friendly and helpful. Moves fast.

Really love stopping in here to get a bite to eat. It was a confusing setup at first, but a really nice employee came and explained how it all worked. Lots of options! I ordered the Italian sub and some macarons - highly recommend both. Great coffee, local gift options and this location has a ton of parking.

Really good food. Had the chicken soup and the fried chicken sandwich. For some reason the new peach beef wasn't in the online order so I missed out in that :(.

This is a great place to try if you are not sure what you're in the mood for. There are many different options. The staff were amazing. As soon as I walked in, a staff member greeted me, explained the process of how the different counters work, and gave me a recommendation. I had the fried chicken sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. There was plenty of space to dine in. The sandwich was amazing and full of flavor. I wasn't a fan of the fries. The cookie was perfect. I will definitely be back.

Such a cute restaurant with a market attached. So many options to choose from, and the ambiance is welcoming and cozy. There's a fireplace in the back seating area which I loved.

Outside aside, this is the type of indoor food market/cafe that will turn heads with a very nice food menu and home accessories with a creative flair as you walk from station to station. Since I was in town for several days to care for my daughter after her surgery, this was one pleasant stop for a super light lunch.Whether you wanna call Elephants Deli an indoor food market/food hall/food court/slash this/slash that, it's all that and a bit more. The roomy digs host several stations in a sunlit light space. If you're clearly craving variety under one roof, like sandwiches in one space, Neapolitan pizza in another nook, cheeses+meats elsewhere, etc, Elephants is it. My kid went for an open avocado sandwich with a unique small tomato+orange bisque. My Tillamook grilled cheese was super cheesy and pull-apart stringy- but it was my cream of mushroom- with a touch of sherry that was every bit satisfying on a cozy afternoon. Plus the service from folks prepping your meal, are swell. This deli has won my heart with its fuzzy-feeling/comfort food selections. And with gift-giving season on the horizon, don't forget that as you're waiting for your food to be prepped or warmed, head towards the back and check out their seasonal home accessories.
