Outstanding would be an understatement. I'm a Californian who visited a friend in the area and had one of the best breakfast dishes in quite some time. It's hard to come by a place that prides itself not only on the appearance of their food, but also the quality of ingredients they source for their dishes and the amazing flavor each dish had. The service was personable, intentional and timely. I don't think I could say anything negative about this place, and can't wait to fly back and try more of their menu items. What a pleasant way to end a weekend trip to Vancouver, WA

Had brunch with a friend here. We sat outside so I really couldn't give you a fair assessment of the the interior but it was a nice day and appreciated the option for dining al fresco. I had the house Bloody Mary and it was tasty and garnished well. I chose the classic Benedict though it was a toss up between that the schnitzel, the chilaquiles rojo, the shrimp and grits, the challah French toast and the ricotta pancakes. My dining partner got the schnitzel and it liked fabulous and I saw Al the other dishes being served and could say the same for all of them. My Benedict was really good. I loved the smokey ham and Portuguese muffin. I also ordered a side of bacon which was a nice thick cut and ample portion. I also got to try some local hot sauce with my meal and is available to purchase at the farmers market a few blocks away.Service was a bit slow but friendly. All in all a good experience and I'll be back to try some of the above mentioned brunch items.

This place is outstanding! If I could give it more stars, I definitely would. This is one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time.I made a reservation online to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We've heard great things from friends, and after reading other reviews, it seemed like the perfect place for a celebration. Our table was ready when we walked in. The atmosphere inside is very inviting and cool. The tables are made from thick live edge tree rounds. Super cool looking. They had fresh flowers on the table with a lit candle. They also had a birthday card on the table for my husband. It was such a thoughtful touch. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our server was Angelique. She was wonderful. She was able to answer all our questions about the menu, food, and drinks. You could tell she really liked working there and experiencing the culinary brilliance of the chef. The chef was involved in our experience, too. He came up to us during our main entrees to find out how everything was. We thought that was super cool. Then he came out again at the end of our meal and thanked us for coming and wished my husband a happy birthday. We were so impressed. It really elevated the whole experience. Now the food. Wow! The chef really knows how to pair flavors. We ordered the asparagus appetizer. It included a Dungeness crab cake, almonds, chives, radish, English pea puree, and hollandaise. It was SO good! It had a few ingredients that I wouldn't normally like, but I loved all of it! Our entrees were the duck breast and Alaskan halibut. Again, both were outstanding! Everything was so good and fresh. We finished the meal with a complimentary vanilla creme brulee. They even lit a candle in celebration. We were so blown away with our entire experience here! We'll definitely be back. I would highly recommend.

Really cute little tucked in spot. Very clean. We went for breakfast right when they opened. Our server was extremely attentive and I appreciated her very chill energy. We had the lemon ricotta pancakes which were to die for and also the smoked salmon and avocado eggs Benedict. Also equally delicious. I would definitely come back here to eat!

I've been dining at Elements for years and it just keeps getting better and better. This last dinner I had there was so amazing I think it moved Elements to my favorite restaurant in Vancouver. The Chorizo mole Pork chop was crazzzzy.

Delicious spot to grab brunch in Vancouver. From the tasty cocktails to the savory specialties, everything was fantastic. Service was amazing and so friendly. Shrimp & Grits is my go-to brunch as well as Eggs Benedict. Hubby ordered the Dungeness Crab Cake Bene with a House made Portuguese muffin.(instead of English muffin) Texture was amazing on this squishy bready bottom layer with a sweet balance. I tried the Shrimp & Grits this visit. The spicy flavor in these Shrimp & Grits were perfect and hit the spot! The drinks were fruity and went down way too easy! Definitely a must stop kind of place if you are in the area. You wont be disappointed!

Tonight was our very first visit to the intimate and sophisticated Elements Restaurant. We came to celebrate our anniversary and were lucky to have Mary as our server. From the moment we arrived we were treated like regulars which included being sat at a window seat table with a Happy Anniversary card on it. What a sweet touch. Mary was gracious enough to walk me through the menu and possible modifications give that, sadly, I cannot eat dairy due to a medication I am on. They were very gracious and greatly helped me navigate the menu. Now let's talk about the meal. We started with two drinks: An Old Fashion and An Apple A Day, both of which were very good. We then had the Octopus appetizer with the avocado mousse on the side. It was perfect. My partner, who can have dairy, said the mousse was very good and also agreed that the appetizer was great with or without it. For our entrees I had the Rigatoni and they had the Bucatini Pasta. The food was perfection. I finished off the meal with the Blueberry Cheesecake (vegan) and my partner had the Crème Brûlée. The cheesecake was delicious and my partner said the crème brûlée was the best they've ever had. Complements to Chef Sosa!We asked about their tasting menu (Mary stated this is a new offering) and were told that it is the chefs passion and that he would be willing to make modifications such as what I need so we immediately made reservations for two weeks later. We both agreed that we have found our new favorite restaurant.

The food and cocktails were AMAZING and the service was exceptional. The ambiance was very cozy and made you feel like you were in an art museum. One of the best parts of the meal was that the chef went around to the tables to ask how everything was with the dishes. Definitely will be back!!!
