Eat Well

Ordered this through Uber Eats, and loved how customizable everything was! After eating takeout for almost a week while our house was dealing with a burst pipe, I was in need of something light and healthy, but still feeling! I made a custom bowl of rice, beans, greens, and their house sauce, which was a little acidic for me, but overall, still very good! Packaging was also decent- no extra waste and a paper takeout box.

I stumbled across this food truck when having a friend in town. Parking is fairly easy to find and this truck is located with a pod of other trucks and a great indoor space. Lots of seating is available and it was covered and heated. It's a cute place to come and hang out with friends and eat! I ordered a green machine with steak and it was so delicious! Tasted fresh and I would recommend it! However, it took much longer than the other trucks to get the food out so I was the first to order but the last to receive. I also had to keep tabs since there was no buzzer given so I felt like a vulture waiting around. I've also come back a few times now and they seem to always be closed, such a bummer because it's so good!

Fantastic rice bowls. My favorite is the local. Comes with chicken if you want meat or just eat vegetarian. Great either way.

Ehhhhh... Clearly quality ingredients, but woof the mix of flavor just did not work in the "samurai" (yikes) bowl. It was probably the least enjoyable Portland meal I've had in quite a while. The sauce was somehow too sweet and too salty, and there was so much of it. Giant sushi-sized pickled ginger slices that don't really mix in. Not much bok choy or meat but there sure are a lot of carrots I liked aspects of various bowl options and really should have known better and just done a custom bowl. I would try it again (a very different bowl) and am willing to improve my review, but 3 stars is generous for how I feel about the meal I just had. Nourishing and filling? Sure. Would I go out of my way for it? Nah.

pretty good! quick service, nice employees. I got the samurai bowl; very filling/nourishing, really good sauce - reminds me of korean bbq sauce. I probably wouldn't get that particular bowl again, kinda disappointed with the bok choy serving, but i'd recommend checking this place out! very cute!

One of my go to food trucks when I'm in this part of town. Delicious, healthy bowls, kombucha on tap, friendly-efficient service in a fun, lively pod. Great choice.

Hard to say. Have only been able to have it one time. And every other time I go, it's closed. It's unpredictable and unfortunate. Located in a great brewery setting, but all their food carts are not great hours for availability. This is the worst.

I did not enjoy the Samurai Bowl. Yeah, it's healthy, and it tastes like it. Lots of options, but I do not think I will be returning.

I have officially tried every bowl on the menu and I love each and every one of them!

Extremely disappointed. Clumpy rice. Very salty sauce which tasted store bought. Sub par quality ingredients all combined made it rather disgusting.
