Tried this place with group of friends for brunch and we got individual dishes but ended up going family style, which is what I would recommend so you're able to try a little bit of everything!Plenty of seating, as it has a downstairs and an upstairs, going on a Monday had plenty of spots for our group to choose from. Note that if you do come as a larger group, you may have to group a few tables together if you can't grab the, from what I saw, 2 spots that were built for larger groups. From their savory crepes to the sweet ones, each dish has a unique taste and kept me eating until my stomach bursted. Their coffee and matchas were all delicious and would recommend getting one if you're a fan. I enjoyed it and will be a spot I bring any visitors to for future brunches!

Churn has been on my list for a long time. My partner surprised me and suggested we grab brunch. We placed a to-go order. It was very busy when we walked up to get our order. There was no one at the front to help us. They need at least one more person on staff to help with the front. We waited patiently for quite awhile before we had to stop a staff member on her way back from delivering food. A few minutes later, she said it was almost done. Then she brought it out to us a few minutes after that. There were a couple tables available outside from a a restaurant that wasn't opened yet, so we sat down to eat our food. Our food was very cold. Like it had been sitting there for awhile, even though we were told it wasn't ready yet. My partner got the Benedict and didn't really enjoy it. I got the churn breakfast, with the pandan waffle. I love pandan, but the pandan flavor was lacking. I really didn't taste it at all, which was super disappointing since that was the main reason we chose to go there. Overall, it was okay, but we probably won't be back.

Yum, this place makes delicious brunch food! I went with a group at 10 AM on a weekday, so it was not busy when we arrived, but it was by the time we left. They have electronic ordering with 2 touchscreens available. It was fine, but I can see it getting backed up when it's busy. One of my friends asked for the coffee flight, which was not on the touchscreen menus, and was told it wasn't available, yet we saw multiple people with them later.Food was fantastic. I got the pandan French toast. It was a lot of food! Toast was thick and crispy on the outside, soft and custardy on the inside. The pandan custard was really tasty, with good amount of pandan flavor. The key thing that I like most about Churn is that the sweet foods are not overly sweet. It's just right. I got to sample my friends' ube French toast and okonomiyaki crepes, which were also fantastic.Highly recommend--they have upstairs seating, which they did not open up, so it got a bit crowded. Go early and you won't have to worry!

Came here for brunch on a Monday with no wait and plenty of seatings. We got their fried chicken and pandan waffles, ube french toast, sesame matcha latte, and matcha yuzu soda. The fried chicken was crispy and the coating was well seasoned. Meat was juicy and tender. This paired with pandan waffle created such a good flavor. My favorite was the ube french toast. The ube is strong and it was not too sweet! My sesame matcha latte had a little too much milk. Their matcha yuzu soda was unexpectedly good though.Service was friendly. Insides is nicely decorated and they have outdoor seatings as well.

The food here is insane. So good. Both the ube French toast and the chicken and gravy were 10/10. Service was sort of weird. You order yourself and pay up front. The vibes in here were sort of too "trying to be on Instagram" for my taste. But the food was so so good

Super cute shop, great atmosphere, nice servers, and fantastic food. I loved how the black sesame matcha latte wasn't too sweet. Good flavor. Ube frenxh toast that day was famtastic A++. I did get the ube french toast another day and it was more dry in the middle. Not in the pic, but another visit we had thai tea french toaste, which was good but personally I preferred ube. Been here 3 times, anticipate will be returning quite a bit.

Delicious brunch spot! Cute vibe and great food. Seating was a little hard to come by since it was a busy Saturday morning, but it was a really cute outdoor patio. We'll definitely be back here!

This place is amazing- we are big fans of the brunch. Food is amazing- all fresh produce used and fresh sauces. The Spanish Latte is incredible! We come here about once a week because it's so good. It's getting quite popular so make sure you're patient- you can't get fresh food like this without a bit of special prep. Huge shoutout to the staff for making this a staple in our family meals out in PDX!
