Chubby Bunny is a staple of Portland! If you haven't been yet, you're either new to veganism or you've just been living under a rock. It's a breakfast sandwich cart parked in the Alberta Arts food truck pod and it's all vegan!Even when it's raining, they open right on time. And they post on their IG account when they're out of things so you can check before you go. I brought breakfast sandwiches to peeps in Eugene and they LOVED them. The food truck pod has a cover from the rain, a porta potty, and even a fire to warm up next to while you wait for your order.

The Bunny (second item listed) works on flavor, but it's small. Moreover, it easily falls apart, especially if you opt for sausage. Swapping out the English muffin for a quality toasted artisan bun would significantly elevate it. Service was meh. The cart is kinda difficult to find if you're not familiar with area. One and one done for me.

Really delicious vegan breakfast sandwiches and I'm not even vegan. Their sausage patty actually tastes and feels like the real version. I love their imitation ham since it's light, and resembles the pink marbly one used in Vietnamese bahn mi's. Since the fake meat parts can be a little processed, having one portion is probably enough to satisfy cravings for a while.I'm excited to come back to try their breakfast sandwich with the hash brown inside.

We went here for breakfast the other day. The food truck itself is so CUTE! I love rabbits so I'm obsessed with the logo. It was super easy to find and the staff was nice and service was fast. The sandwiches were so filling! They had so much in them. Including fake egg, bacon, sausage, cheese, and arugula! It was a super easy vegan breakfast and it satisfied all my cravings. I would definitely go back and I recommend this food cart if you're vegan and craving breakfast.

As a non vegan meat lover who tries to eat less meat, I am very critical of vegan food, cause tho u may be right about the environmental/ethical/health reasons to eat less meat, it still has to taste good to me. That being said, this was one of the tastiest meat substitutions I've ever tried. The main patty was decent (I could still tell it was vegan) but all the other ingredients were phenomenal, the bacon was not like the tofurkey crap a lot of places have, almost a texture like thin sliced expensive ibérico ham. And the eggs and cheese in there were amazing, I don't think I'd be able to tell those were vegan. And the arugula in there is nice and adds a fresher bite. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the price: $12 is a bit too pricey for an English muffin sandwich, even if it is great quality. If it was $10 I could justify eating it more often.

I'll start with the good, it's a cart on Alberta which is a nice location. street parking sucks but if you drive a car you also suck.service was whatever, not nice, not mean. they provided basic service it was finefood: what in the actual hell? are people unable to heat up store bought fake meat/dairy items themselves? overpriced vegan junk food with little else going for it.

The breakfast burrito is amazing! The seasoned tortilla is a nice touch. I don't think a non-vegan would know the difference. The black beans were seasoned perfectly too!

DELICIOUS breaky sandies! It's what I wish an egg mcmuffin tasted like. You know, real ingredients, not greasy, makes you feel good during and after. 10/10 really!

I want this small business to succeed but you guys are asking to be sued by pretending to serve food you don't have. You do not have bacon. You do not have cheese. There is no sausage or egg. Why be secretly vegan? Be proud of yourself chubby bunny. Your real friends will show up and the haters can go on down to pine street biscuits.

"SECRETLY VEGAN"- READ THE FINE PRINTWe ordered via Uber eats and there was no indication that this was a vegan restaurant. Food should NOT be advertised as anything other than what it actually is. Mislabeling food to trick folks into eating vegan may seem like a cute joke, but is potentially dangerous and really disrespectful as a customer. If what you are serving is not real bacon, eggs, or cheese, you must put quotation marks around it so customers can make an informed choice. $50 for greasy mislabeled vegan food? No thanks.
