Chang's Mongolian Grill

hey listen if you're messing around at planet fitness and maybe the Walmart local market why don't you pop on over to change Mongolian Grill that is for real plus they have ice cream that has a magical ability to not scold your forehead with frozen ideas anyway doesn't matter my point isI've gotta check off but I'll see you soon

This is one of those places where you select your own ingredients and they cook what you select on a huge, hot grill. You put your own dish together, so if it's not great, only yourself to blame ... ;). I found it fun, enjoyed watching them cook the food. The ingredients were fresh and all the right stuff - various meats and vegetables and sauces. Not expensive, entertaining. Give it a try. See what you can create.

My chicken was raw. Manager said sorry and moved on. Whole place is a collection of health code violations.

I'm a pescatarian and the chef's were great about keeping my food away from others and using a different utensils! Great food!

Service was good and nice, food was some what good and the noodles were bad and not cook all the way and the meat was too chewy

I love this chain, but this particular location is not it. The food was pretty good. The ingredients were fresh. But as I was eating I found not one, but TWO HAIRS. I told the server and he simply told me to go get another plate of food. It's a buffet! That was always an option! Then the server tried to usher us out without giving us ice cream.The bathroom was gross. The toilets don't flush and had not been flushed in some time. There were crumpled up paper towels absolutely everywhere. I paid $43 for dinner and water for two.

Came around 8:15pm-8:20pm to Changs when I checked different sites and they all said 9:30pm closing time. We walked in and the older gentleman at the front looked at us and said "We are closing soon" we looked at him and said "you guys close at 9:30 right?" He sighed, rolled his eyes and told us yes but we want to leave soon even though there was still many customers eating. He sat us down and even before we could sit down, he had already put the check on our table. He kept looking at us and when we sat down around 8:30 after getting our first plate he was already pressing about getting 2nds soon. He didn't let us enjoy our meal, was very rude rolling his eye and hurrying us to eat even though they close at 9:30. Many people told us not to come to this Chang because of a rude employee and now we know why.

Who ever heard of having to pay extra to take your food home... that's just stupid Foods decent, but $20 a person, and still having to pay extra for A BOX....Outrageous

For over 25 years I have been coming here off and on. The prices are so high and they now water down the hot oil so much there is no flavor at all. Most likely won't return again. Disappointed

Okay let's start this way. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME COMING TO OREGON. I ate my first trip it was good second trip my food is burned. I know the Mongolian policy cant take food to go off you're eating in there but my second trip the service started to suck. But the idiot in front of me had like 10 effin sets of food his dumb wife decide to leave the guy hang and dry. While the wife sit on her table playing on her phone.I asked the server if i can take it to and i explained to her that i waited 45 min. She had the NERVE TO ASKED MY FRIEND TO HELP ME EAT MY FOOD. That was not the point lady. I had an idiot in front of me taking 10 set of food. I was expected to in n out not have the idiot in front of me with 10 sets of food.ABOUT CLEAN THE GRILL FINISH THE FOOD FIRST. THEN CLEAN THE GRILL THE BLACK STUFF GET IN OUR FOOD... DISGUSTING.I'm from California I've been 10 different Mongolian and their structure is a lot better. The owners here needs a better system with this place. EFFIN WORSE FIRST TRIP TO OREGON. PEOPLE FROM OUT OF TOWN... I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
